I was very disappointed with the wifi in the room. I am a Hilton Honors member, but I couldn't get free wifi. I couldn't get wifi at all without paying extra.

My family and I stayed here before and had a pleasant experience and choose to stay again but this time there seemed to be a nest of ants or something in the corner of the bathroom door well.I told the front desk they had someone come and spray after we left for the day,when we came back to the room the pest were still very active I went back and told the front desk they said they already knew what bothered me was they didn’t offer to change my room so my family and I had to stay in the room for 2 bites with active pest that I have pictures and a video of and the room smelling strongly of bug spray.Lastly after the first night I asked the room service attendant by my door standing in front of her cart could she make our beds she looked me in my ruses and said yes we’re gonna do that .When my family and I got back that night our room hadn’t been touched!That was the worst experience I’ve had having to be someplace that I paid for 2 nights and was forced to stay in feeling creepy because of ants constantly crawling and room smelling like bug spray.

I was in town for a family get away. The hotel was in a great location. (DO NOT EAT THE ICE CREAM NEXT DOOR) staff was friendly. Unfortunately thats where the comfort ended. My bathroom exhaust wasnt working. My air kept shutting on and off,but finally stayed on after a ½ day. My refrigerator didnt work. I placed water bottles in for the hot day i anticipated...and to my dismay when i woke up they were completely warm, not chilled, not cold WARM. And these rooms must allow pets. My daughter is allergic and kept sneezing despite having an allergy pill. I feel bad for being honest, because the staff was so friendly. But im reviewing the hotel not the staff.

The hotel is close to Harper's Pointe where we played tennis all weekend. Close to restaurants and 1-71 and 275. Hotel is back off the main road so it's quiet and peaceful. Wish breakfast was included.

The breakfast was great- the staff were wonderful. There were some big bugs in my room which wasn’t ideal. I reported the situation to the front desk and they handled it immediately.

It was a terrible stay. I ordered a suite and assumed a suite meant a bedroom seperated from the living room with a door for privacy but there was none. The breakfast was overly priced. The first night there trying to get on the elevator a guest pushed infront of me to get on elevator and acted nasty. The hotel pool was very small. Just not nice like a marriott brand.
