Very loud all night with foot traffic stomping in room above ours. Front desk transferred us to new room. All night noise stopped, but stomping and creaking above were very loud early in the morning. Toilet handle missing parts/broken. Surprising and disappointing outcome as we have stayed here multiple times in the past

Please be careful when you stay in this hotel. The staff who are in charge in the front desk do not know how to operate the billing system in their computer and you might get charge triple for a room and you might also find out other extras charges to your room. The staff are incapable of taking any responsibility for their mistakes. Please check your bank account statements if you decide to stay in this hotel.

I plan to stay at this hotel again and have stayed there before. It is convenient to my aunt’s assisted living facility and super convenient to many restaurants and other stores as well as an easy hop and jump to the freeway. I just wish that there are towel bars … which is minor.

I checked in to room on Thursday night, quiet night, but on Friday I coming back to room the room next to me had to dog's and they barked for a while, while I moved around, I went down to front desk, as about the room next to me. Front desk clerk as if she could move me to other room, on a different floor. Best rest I got in months thank you
