When we checked into room the temperature was 63 degrees. We had to turn on the heat and vacate the room until it warmed up. There were no extra blankets or pillows. Hallway on second floor needed to be swept, after 3 days it was done. Elevator floors were dirty the whole 5 days we were there. Based on reviews I was expecting

I asked for an extra pillow and the manager was very rude. I was told I had enough pillows and they couldn’t spare more. The shower door was installed wrong and water got all over the bathroom floor. Do not stay here!

Ease with check in at gentleman at the front desk was awesome very helpful and gave printed directions to places I needed to get to. I just wish the hotel was staffed better. I waited 20 minutes to get a seat in the restaurant. After I noticed only 1 person taking orders and delivering food. Side staff 2 people helped with water, bread and questions. I really wish I would have gone to a different restaurant. The food was dry searingly under a warmer since the day before. Soups really good after I tried the other things first. All being said, hotel fabulous and restaurant so-so

Lobby is really nice and clean. Staff was helpful when we checked in. The room itself was clean, but a little outdated. They only have travel size tolietries, so be prepared! Overall, worth the price for a quick stay.

The first room was right above the pool and it was extremely wet inside, and the humidity was high, and it stunk like mold and mildew. The manager part his car in the handicap spot and he is not handicapped.

This Holiday Inn was one of the best that I’ve stayed at. Definitely would recommend. The pool was super crowded so we couldn’t take the little ones, but that’s okay because our room was very nice and there was a lot of space for the littles to play as we only stayed one night.
