Overall, the property was nice. Newly built but I hate to admit the cleaning of the rooms were not up to par. Hair all over the bathroom floor & in shower. Finger print marks on head boards and doors. Very visible stains (wouldn’t be appropriate to state what kind of stains they are) on the couch in the room. Rooms definitely need to be cleaned better.

Broken pool heater

The heater in the pool was broken and the water was too cold for the kids to enjoy themselves in (which was the entire reason we booked a hotel for that night). It was disappointing, but there are worse things in the world.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. Staff were really nice, very accommodating and they tend to our needs right away. The breakfast was wonderful and the facility is so clean. Our room was perfect for a family of 4. We will definitely be back there once we visit Cincinnati again.
