The staff were amazing in this property, they were prompt in any issues we had and were great for booking taxis etc. The location is amazing and the hotel is modern! Great having access to Netflix on the tv.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. Rooms are on the small side. We only had carryons, so it was manageable. This was a central location with easy access to everything. All the main attractions are nearby.

This was a perfect location for our stay. Staff was lovely and professional. They reserved a taxi for my departure and had a converter for us to borrow. Clean, comfortable room, close to everything but still véry intimate and quiet. We would recommend and hope to return.

Lovely hotel, staff were excellent always very friendly and kind getting us anything we needed. Offered us towels and a beach umbrella to borrow for free! Exceptionally clean and well decorated hotel. Felt very safe. Comfy bed, air con in room and good shower with toiletries too. Thank you!

The staff were wonderful, left us complimentary gifts and always so helpful and attentive. beautiful hotel. perfect location, will definitely stay here again. could not recommend a better place to stay in valencia, you’re right in the centre and less than 5 mins walk from most good restaurants, supermarkets, shops & public transport!

Location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with towels and umbrellas to go to the beach which was a lovely touch. The only downside is the rooms were small but this didn’t bother us very much.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. I was greeted with a nice bottle of vermut and crisps. I received complimentary water every day which was something that I valued. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is stunning. Location is great and pretty crntral. For a solo trip the room size are fine but for a couple not sure. However hotel has all you need for a nice vacation! I highly recommend it

I booked two nights for Las Fallas climax. Location was great so close to the main square. I read reviews saying room was small, anyone been to London now that's small. My double room was a decent size, good private bathroom. Only point I would say is that the shower doors did not close together so water went outside the shower. I had a lovely little balcony. So many toiletries, definitely not stingy. Without breakfast I had to go and look for my own as the restaurant next door didn't open until later. Hopefully will stay there again at a more reasonable non festival price in future.

The women at check in were excellent. They really made the hotel experience even better; stored our bagged, explained things well and upgraded one of our rooms without us even expecting/asking. Rooms were clean, modern and really comfortable. Location was great, perfect. Beds very comfortable.

Overall nice!
Lotelito is well located and with friendly staff members. The bed and bathroom size were great and clean; plus, it has a modern vibe. If your room is next to the street, you may experience some noise. I think it’s good value for the price!
