If you are a looking for a place to stay that is close to the cruise port, then this is the place to be. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was top notch. The views were spectacular. Stefan and Andrea were super kind and flexible. Went above and beyond. The room was spacious and clean and a cool haven from the record heat. Very close to the port and our ship...cruise ready...and close to the regional train so we could do some sightseeing in Roma! 5 star experience all the way.

Our air conditioner stopped working Midway through the night and we had no water from the bathroom sink and shower and no water in the toilet. The temperature and humidity in the room was oppressive so we couldn't sleep. We asked for a late check out and we were denied.
