Great stay before your cruise
Make sure you confirm arrival time with owner as this is a small property with maybe 3 rooms and therefore there is no front desk. Very clean with a nice shared kitchen area. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, as well as the cruise terminal. We walked to the bus to go to the cruise terminal.

The property owners we're very responsive to all our questions. The restaurants within 500ft / 150m we're wonderful. We didn't realize that this was a unit where the kitchen area was a shared space. We adapted and had a good experience.

We had a great time, the owner allow us to check in earlier, help us with our luggage, he was so nice and helpful, he greet us with a full fridge of snacks, pastries, he has everything you need to feel welcome and comfortable, we will definitely come back for more days, super clean and comfortable.

Perfect place to stay. We had our own room with a bath but shared the kitchen with another couple. We never actually saw the other couple. The owner greeted us and helped with the luggage up the stairs. We would definitely recommend this B and B. Super cute and comfy.

Was close to the cruise terminal and the city. Clean and updated room, not much in the way of windows or a view but we weren’t looking for that. Made the transition from flying into Rome before a cruise easy and comfortable.

The "bad" before the good: We did not realize that we were renting one of two apartments with a shared cooking area. We were surprised by people who were already there, and they were startled when we walked in. Better communication between the owner and guests leading up to the start would fix this concern. Secondly, the apartment we rented claimed to have a double bed and a sofa bed (capable of sleeping 4). Instead, the bedroom had a pull-out sofa bed (Rather than the double) and the main room had a "day bed" that only slept one (total of 3 for that apartment). I slept upstairs on the "back wrecker" and my wife slept on the day bed. I woke her up everytime I moved because of the sofa bed squeezing. And now, the "GOOD" - Literally everything else!! The area was cleaned and well maintained. The common area had snacks and drinks (water, tea, coffee) available. Owner is very friendly and responsive. We had many communications leading up to our stay. The location is out of the way, but within walking distance of everything. Overall, it was a wonderful start and deserving of 5 out of 5 stars!

Nice house with a very sincere host. The kitchen is like a free mini bar. Less than ten minutes walk to the cruise shuttle bus station. Market just a few minutes away. Nice restaurants are also in close vicinity. Great!

The suite was close to the port as we were staying before a cruise. Ernest and Francesca were so kind and left us plenty of snacks, breakfast, and beverages in a well stocked kitchen. We were a family of four staying in the quad room. There was a queen bed in the main floor and another queen in the loft. The spiral stairs might be a bit of a challenge for those with mobility issues so keep that in mind if that is a concern. The space was impeccably clean and we enjoyed our overnight stay before embarking our cruise.
