1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to the maximum occupancy of 7 guests.

2. Pet Fee: We welcome furry friends, and our pet fee is calculated differently than Airbnb's standard flat fee. It is based on the number of nights and the number of pets. This approach is fair to both short-term and long-term guests. Please be aware of the following pet fee details:

-First pet: $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 per month.

-Each additional pet: $10 per night, up to a maximum of $100 each.

-Please limit the number of pets to a maximum of three (3).

We may send you a request through Airbnb's resolutions center for the pet fee after the reservation has been made, as Airbnb does not facilitate this specific charging process during the booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these fee structures. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out.
