Good location, wonderful staff, adequate price
I stayed for the whole week, and everything was alright. The staff was just wonderful, smiling and always ready to help. The location is very good, although the frequent road next to the hotel is a bit noisy. I would suggest serving some vegetables, ham and cheese for breakfast. The English breakfast is good, but I would prefer not to have the same breakfast each day.

Good overnight stop with breakfast.
Comfortable chain hotel with a good breakfast. A couple of small maintenance issues with the shower which we worked around and the duty manager promised to get fixed for the next guests. Parking is £8.50 extra so do add that when calculating total cost. Still good value overall for our stay.

Lovely one night stay. The lady on reception booking us in was so helpful. The breakfast was very good and we send our thanks to pass on to the kitchen staff. The room was clean and the shower room spotless. We will be back!

Well situated for visiting Lincoln but that is about it. Bed very small and uncomfortable. Breakfast very limited and not very tasty. Wouldn’t recommend as it was seriously pricey!!

My stay here was stress free, pleasant and the staff were very friendly. The room was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was included in the price and there was plenty of selection to choose from. I would recommend this place to stay.

Comfortably hotel
Fresh, clean hotel in Lincoln. Modern surroundings and large room. Very comfy bed with A/C. Restaurant was overflowing on Sunday morning, but staff handled it well. Foodcwas freshly cooked and hot.
