Lake Haven - A 1930's Cottage, newer remodel with a modern, open concept flair. A little bit of old, cozy cabin and a whole lot of new! This quirky, rustic house is nestled in a Beautiful family-friendly neighborhood of Clear Lake, walking distance to downtown and the lake. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with a large, open living room with an ocean of natural light. Across the street from park and playground and ice rink, two blocks to Wellness Center, three blocks to Central Gardens, and three blocks to public pool and waterslides.

Cottage is located in quiet, beautiful neighborhood walking distance to downtown and the lake. It is connected to the Winter ice rink, is directly across the street from the neighborhood park and playground, and is only two blocks from newly constructed wellness center. Perfect for families and couples seeking a restful and quiet getaway!

As described, this home has been recently redone and everything was fresh and clean. It has everything you need and is very open with lots of room in the living/dining/kitchen area and was comfortable. The front porch was nice to sit on in the quiet neighborhood. The front storm door is a bit tired, but other than that, everything else felt brand new. It would be a fairly long walk to the City Beach, but just a quick drive, so it was within quick access to anywhere you wanted to go.
