I arrived at the hotel and waited more than 30 minutes to reach the front desk despite having already checked in online. When I got there, the girl at the front desk with a pink streak in her hair gave me the keys to a room on the 5th floor, room 520 if I'm not mistaken. I went up to the room and upon opening the door, I saw that there were suitcases and many personal items on the bed. Evidently, she gave me a room that already had guests who, fortunately, were not there at the time, otherwise, it would have been very uncomfortable to open the door to strangers. I went down to complain and they gave me another key for a different room, number 870. We went up again, but when we tried to open the door, the lock showed a yellow light and wouldn't open. I went down again to the front desk with all my luggage and quite annoyed by then. The same girl told me she had fixed it and that I should go up to the room, and if it didn't work, to call her by phone. I went up and again the key didn't work. I called her by phone and she said she would be up in a few minutes to help me. More than 10 minutes passed and she didn't come, so I called again, and she told me she was alone at the front desk and couldn't come up until her colleague returned. I went down again and she gave me a new key for another different room. I asked her to come up with me. She never apologized for all the time she made me lose. I had driven from Washington DC and really needed to rest in a room I had reserved in ad

This property is not well maintained. Shower did not work at all, toilet seat cracked all the way through. Elevator broken and other elevator made terrible noises, no ice in ice machines and more. Old bedding, no comforter, just a blanket. Beds were not comfortable. It was busy and the staff was nice but stressed. Very disappointed.

No Hot Water!
There was no hot water. When my husband notified front desk that night was told to let in run for 30 minutes. Really! This was not acceptable, however we did it, still no hot water. Decided to go to bed and try again in the am. Still no hot water. When I notified front desk was told there was nothing they could do, would need to call maintenance but it was Sunday. My husband and I had been hiking the day before and were meeting our son and his girlfriend that morning. Completely unacceptable customer service.

There had been comments about the water temp. All true took 45 minutes to get warm water for a shower. Stuff was great. However you really could see the age of the building-beds were clean but very old!
