The lobby is beautiful, very welcoming. The hostess was very pleasant. The double room beds are too small. The toilet is really old and low to the floor. No new plug outlets for smart devices. Valet team was amazing.

Had to receive a refund for a night stay but still have not received it the gentleman at check in was very rude and unprofessional totally unfriendly.

The room we were in was very awkward. The door leading into the room, was in a tiny corridor that you could barely walk into.

When checking in, I wasn’t even greeted. How do you ask for my ID and credit card but don’t say hello first??! Valet overnight is very overpriced, and self parking options are very limited.

Amber at Concierge was wonderful in optimizing my Marriott benefits. The property is beautiful. The room was spectacular with a huge shower and great city view. We had food and drinks downstairs at The Great Room which we loved. Cleveland Rocks.
