The hotel is conveniently located to the basketball arena, baseball stadium and theater district. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly and efficient.

We stayed here for a weekend of watching the Orioles play the Guardians. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was a very short walk to Progressive Field and a number of good dining options. The Playhouse Square area around the hotel was cool and felt safe. The hotel rooms were nice but not fancy and I thought the staff was great. I was very happy with the hotel and definitely would recommend it.

The Crowne Plaza is conveniently located to the baseball stadium, basketball arena and theater district. The room is very discos and tidy. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel room was a very good size & in a very good location. The staff was terrific in every department, special shout out to Mark at the front desk & the gals taking care of breakfast! Minor complaint: the lighting in the bathroom could be better.

Was a easy check in, front deck nice with checking in and out. The valet a little overwhelmed, they were running non stop but definitely long wait time for dropping off and picking up. The restaurant in hotel for breakfast was ok, says they have Monday thru Friday menu, but they actually only had a buffet which was bland. The manager and staffed seemed lost, they were barely busy too. The location was great, was there for one night for concert. Room was clean.

Very convenient to the Guardians stadium. Nice people and was clean. The only con was when I turned on the AC higher it was a little noisy, but not bad. I would go back for sure especially for Guardians or Playhouse Square events.

I have stayed at the crown plaza in playhouse square before and loved it! We stayed there this time because it was convenient since we were in town for a funeral and thought we would go ahead and go to a game and try to enjoy what was left of the weekend. After a long day at the funeral we just wanted to get to the hotel and relax, we found bugs in the room. We had to change rooms at midnight! I was thankful that the front desk was speedy and willing to accommodate but it was pretty nasty! Likely not to go back.
