First off i reserved a 2 bed room and got a single king room.. no internet no ice machine room was dirty water came out brown tv only had one channel so staying with 2 toddlers was really difficult big ass potholes in parking lot says it has breakfast didnt see any.. door barely closes nd locks so you have to double check to make sure its closed just overal not worth the money spent there

The first room (101) had wires coming out of the wall, the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall woth wores hanging out, the dresser was broken, bathroom door would not close, and the ceiling looked like it was about to come down. The second room (102) had roaches crawling on the TV, the floor, and the wall by the by headboard; and an old AC unit. Both rooms had damp carpets and did not feel clean at all. Checked out a few hours later, could not take it anymore. So gross!

Find another place!!
We wound up there because the Wyndham Ramada Inn where we booked had no power. This picture is LUDICROUS. The hotel was in very poor repair and very expensive because of the weather emergency. Our first room did not have a working lock. The electric in the bathroom had been ripped out. We sat on the bed and it tipped. The desk attendant changed out room. We then got one where the shower was filthy. The bathroom was iffy and the toilet paper roll was missing. The whole place was threadbare and in need of paint. The parking lot had potholdes that could destroy the bottom of a car. THE ONLY BRIGHT SPOTS WERE THE ATTENDANTS AT THE FRONT DESK WHO KEPT THEIR COOL AND DID THEIR BEST IN SPITE OF NO SUPPORT.. Overall the experience was incredibly poor, and very expensive. Downright ugly.

Worst hotel experience ever
Our trip was horrendous. There had been a power outage and so there were a number of amenities that were not available. There had been no communication from management as to this inconvenience. The parking lot had a number of huge Holes in it and when I woke up in the morning and came to my car, I had to do an 11 point turn because of the number of bucket trucks and tree employees that were in the parking lot. Overall, this is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire existence. We asked for an early check and I had called a number of times and was told it was possible if we arrived by 1 PM. When we pulled into the parking lot after an 8 Hour Dr. at 1 PM we were told that it was not possible and the employee said” I don’t know why anyone would’ve told you that”

When we checked in, my husband lifted the blanket on the bed and it was obvious to us that the bed hadn't been changed. When we went to ask about new sheets, the housekeeper insisted she had changed the sheets she called my husband a liar. Eventually after she changed the sheets, we also discovered that the bathtub hasn't been cleaned. AC didn't work well either.

Worst condition hotel I’ve stayed at. Bathroom moldy with peeling paint. Room smells horrible. Ceiling was peeling. Stains on bed sheets. Constant noise during the night. Don’t stay here at all. Our original hotel reservation got cancelled so I was too quick to book this hotel. Appalling condition!! Avoid this hotel!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in
This was the worst hotel that i have ever stayed in. My room wasn't ready until 2 hours after check in time. The key card reader was broken and we couldn't get in the room. Every time we arrived back at the hotel they would physically need to let us in with a key. There were bugs in the room. Not all of the lights worked. The water in the shower was cold. Potholes in the parking lot. Hallway lights flickering like a scary movie. Overall my worst hotel experience.

Worst hotel ever!!
We arrived at 445pm and our room wasn’t ready. We waited 45 minutes and were told that room was next 3 different times. When we got into a room it was dingy and gross. Sheets were not clean. The entire property was dirty. We were in town for a sporting event and Seriously consideried driving home at 11pm rather than staying due to the conditions. Ultimately we stayed but slept for just a few hours and then drove home. Shower looked disgusting so did not shower. Would avoid this property like the plague (hotel probably is ground zero for it)

Not Wyndham Quality!!
This hotel does not have the high standards of Wyndham that I'm accumstomed to. Hotel exterior nice but its in a residential neighborhood. Inside was far less than I expected. Needs major reno. There were NO elevators!! I'm disabled and had to walk up a flight of stairs and poorly lit long hallways. The room they gave me was a SMOKING ROOM!! (Thats all they had avail.) I'm recovering from a respiratory illness for which I was recently hospitalized and this was Not conducive. Although AC was Very Cold in the room but the smell of smoke was quite apparent. Front desk clerk and staff assisted with my bags thank God. I was allowed to checkin early for a fee $22.?? Why?? It should've been waived. This place was my only option for 1 nt and it was a fortune $559!! At most $100 inclg. taxes would've been sufficient.since reg.price is $69-80.00 per nt. Talkabout price gouging! Carpet in room was filthy, plugs were scorched, plastered walls need overhaul, and sconces did not work. I requested a full refund. I have a few photos but your upload button only allows you to take photos and not browse to camera files. Until they renovate, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The photos on Expedia are definitely not of the property at this address. It was very hard to find because you couldn’t see it for the overgrown bushes. The parking lot was dark with lots of pot holes. The entrance door was not marked and was very difficult to find. Upon entering the hotel behind the desk looked like a hoarder ran the place. The interior also looked nothing like the photos. The hallways were dingy with peeling paint. There was a weed roach on the floor in the hallway. Upon entering the room my heart sank…the room was awful. No AC was on in there. It was so hot. We got the air tuned on and turned on the lights and I saw specs all over the bed. I was horrifying thinking it was bed bugs…thankfully after a thorough looking over of the bed we discovered it was not bed bugs but marijuana shake all over the bed. The comforter and sheets were stained. I requested new linens because we were in town for Summer Slam and everywhere was sold out so we couldn’t book elsewhere. We never got new bedding the entire stay. The bathroom was another horror show. The sink drain pulled was pulled up and bent and could not be used to open the drain. The bathroom was not clean. The shower was something out of a horror movie where you wake up in a tub of ice in a filthy tub missing some organs. I wrapped my hand in a plastic bag to pry out the drain plug so the sink could drain. The vent had never been dusted since the place was build. I’m so ready to get home and take 10 showers!
