Air conditioning didn’t work room was a sauna we didn’t have any hand soap or enough towels ..front desk told me I could use street parking and that it was free all weekend, to my surprise I came out to a $25 parking ticket in the morning

I had two room and the one on the second floor had a lot of noise all night long. They could hear the elevators and electrical room. The other room was great with no noise.

When I checked into my room, I discovered it was filled with flying bugs. They covered 2 walls! I received a new room, but it was on the backside of the elevators which were extremely noisy all night and morning. I barely got any sleep. Very annoying.

Our rooms were not cleaned and we called in the evening to replenish supplies, waited 2 hours and had to call again for morning coffee, towels, etc.

We didnt like valet being closed and waiting in line in the street , for about an hour. But we found a spot at the casino and it was fine , we had a great time going to a concert at the rocket mortgage field house and it was quite nice to have all the bars and restaurants near by,

The management i.e. corporate needs to get the staff help. Valet parking ($45) was a mess. Lines of cars at check-in time left outside the hotel for 2 hours due to only 2 valets. Puck up next morning took 1 hour due to the same. Staff are pleasant and helpful but aren’t miracle workers. We stayed on a Saturday night when concerts and baseball games were bring played.

Door to bathroom got stuck every time used. No hand soap, no shower soap, and no fan in bathroom. Also, asked for my car to be ready for 5am and we waited till 540.

Best place I’ve stayed in Cleveland
Staff was friendly and inviting! Check in was a breeze. Valet parking made it easy even if it was an extra charge. Who likes to look for parking in the city. Shout out to Hwayda at breakfast, she was on top of everything!

Nice hotel with comfortable beds. Only issues were the key fobs weren’t working. So every time we had to go somewhere they had to escort us back to our room and open the door for us. Also, the parking was an issue. There was another event close by so we had to wait almost two hours for valet parking. Then they left our truck on the street the first night!
