I had mold in my suite it was dirty I took pics and showed it to the front desk and is waiting on my refund . They told me to call Travelocity and give them the lady name I talked to at the hotel for refund

My dad, brother, cousin and I drove to Cleveland for the Fins Browns game and had an excellent stay from start to finish. The lobby smelled amazing as soon as we walked in which I find important. The room and facilities were super nice and staff was great.

Nice hotel just check the door closes all the way before leaving has a hard time latching shut. Have to raise up on door handle and door latches all the way. You do HAVE TO PAY for valet but well worth it for the night only a minute or two from Rocket mortgage.

I enjoyed being close to the Rocket Mortgage Field House Arena, and being able to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel and staff were nice. I have to honestly say that the breakfast was not good.

We checked out after being there for 15 minutes. When we were in the lobby waiting to check in a homeless man came in and continued jum ask for money from evesyone waiting for the one employee to check us in. Only one elevator was working anf within 10 minutes of getting into our room a couple walked into our room with a key saying they were told that was their room. Never had a worse experience and I was only there 20 minutes. We were told we would be getting a full refund.

Well, the pictures of the hotel were very deceiving. It was older than it looked in the pics, but it still worked out. There was no views from any window or anywhere anywhere in this hotel unlike the pictures have told you that they had other than that it was a great hotel.
