This property is very poorly kept. Our mattress was DISGUSTING. Has bodily fluid staining all over it that they just covered up and underneath the mattress protector they had thin blue plastic covering a WET STAIN.

The property is very fair and comfortable. They are remodeling some areas of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and it appears they have slowly made improvements to modernize the rooms. The rooms are actually good. The downfall is that the floors are a bit dirty in the rooms, but it's tile floor so wear sandals and you'll be fine. The linens were clean, the beds relatively comfortable, and the bathroom are large. All in all, a decent room for the price. The staff is very friendly, so don't give them a hard time about the improvements being made. This is clearly a family owned property, so i imagine making improvements well take time.

The beds were not queen, they were the same size as my daughters full size bed at home. Breakfast was definitely not a full breakfast like we thought it would be. The pool was not heated, it was warm in the area but the pool was super cold. There were hardly any towels in the pool area. The staff were very friendly, checkin in and out went quickly. I expected a little more from the room for how much i paid. Next time i will pay the additional 20 a night to stay at the Hampton.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was very good. So for people on a budget I would recommend it. However, the carpets were all stained in rooms and hallways and bathroom in main lobby was dirty. Plus lots of garbage left on tables in eating area and out in parking lot.

Hallway carpet is nasty and hall smells. Room floor and walls were dirty. We slept on top of the white comforter bc we were concerned when we saw the condition of the room. Breakfast was okay, but not a huge selection. Even though I couldnt find any pics in the hotel listing, they did have a pool, but we left the kids' swim stuff at home since we thought they didnt have a pool. This was a last resort quick stay, but we wont be staying here again.

Older hotel building so exterior and interior does show some age like minor fading of paint and carpet, minor scratches, etc. Room very comfortable, bed and furnishings were in very good condition. Our check in went smoothly. Complimentary breakfast was kind of average although there was a variety of items. The Front Desk clerk tended to the breakfast throughout Alfa’s t service.

We arrived at 4:00pm--room wasn't ready. The hallway carpet is filthy, the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor, the bathroom door had a huge hole in it that was spackled over, the floor in the breakfast area had food spilled on it that was not cleaned up, and the walls in the rooms by the trash cans had food on them that had not been cleaned.

Never received my discount as promised. Went down at 8:30 for breakfast and everything was gone. They could use a table with chairs so 2 people can eat. They had a desk type table, so my husband ate there and I sat on the bed.

On my families' day of arrival for our vacation the water was down. We were told it would still be down for a bit, but they were working on turning it back on, 4 hours later we finally had water, but hardly any water pressure. When I searched the place it said there would be a mini fridge in every room, so we brought food with us hoping to save some money by doing so, just to find our room had no mini fridge inside. Even their quality checklist in the rooms said every room would be equip with a mini fridge...why wasn't there one in the room we stayed in? Between the water situation and the no mini fridge, that was our first 2 red flags. Our room's cleanliness? Extremely dirty and filthy! All my family brought brand new white socks with us on our trip, and they were straight black on the bottoms from walking on the dirty floor. There was dust everywhere! It's like they didn't even clean our room before we arrived. The only thing that was good were that the beds were made and the bed cleanliness was on point. We enjoyed that they had a basic continental breakfast every morning. What we didn't enjoy was on the last day of our stay my husband went to get some orange juice and as soon as he tasted it, he spit it back out. I asked him what was wrong and he said here you try it. I smelled it, and it smelled like mold. He said it tasted like mold too. The AC in our room leaked a huge puddle on water on the floor too. Needless to say we will NEVER go back! Worst vacation experience!
