Staff very efficient, the manager Elise made my every need her mission. The housekeeping staff always ready to work. Overall, it is a great experience. Nice place to live for an extended period of time. Night staff is also helpful.

I'm sorry we stayed in tons of places and this is definitely the worst the phone doesn't work the front desk had to bring us up to the room because the key cards aren't working there's water damage in the shower and gnats everywhere just awful I'm glad we only staying a few hours

If you partake in the herb, this place is for you. The smell of weed was very evident throughout the hotel for the full weekend. Also, the local homeless guy, while friendly enough, was front and center each night at the main entrance, giving people the creeps. I have stayed at a number of Extended Stay hotels and never experienced such a poorly run, dirty, and smelly one such as this. Pay a few more bucks and stay elsewhere!

The 1st room i had was horrible i guess if you check in late thats what you get.. the next day i changed room it was better but ive been in way netter extended stay. So i was disappointed

Literal worst case scenario for traveler
I booked and paid for a room. I tried to check in around 2pm (check in is at 3) and they wouldn’t let me. I told them I wouldn’t be able to be back until after midnight. When I return after midnight they tell me they gave my room to someone else/ no rooms available. Since I booked through you they offered no help. Neither did you when they tried to find a new room at 12:30am. You guys couldn’t either. I have now no where to stay, it’s after midnight and I’m 5 hours from my home. Thanks alot guys. If someone can book, pay, show up twice and still not get a room. What confidence does anyone have to use your site ever again? I could not be more dissatisfied I was put in a terrible position forced to drive home all night in no condition to drive, with no sleep. Dangerous and negligent on your behalf.

I'd go somewhere else.
Cola heads sitting outside when you arrive. Looks like the projects. Rooms were surprisingly not as bad as the rest of the property. The rooms looked like a college dorm. The bathroom was clean. Staff was rude and tries to scam people using services like hotels . com. They say they are overbooked and it's first come but the room was already paid for. After showing proof, suddenly they had a room.
