Was an ok stay, I stayed here 3 nights and the elevator did not work the entire time. Great location close to shopping and dining, friendly staff, EV chargers located on the property but ice drivers with no respect for EV drivers takes up most of the spots in charge area. Overall an ok stay.

We arrived at our hotel & were informed that the elevators were broken- for us, it’s no problem, as we are both able bodied, but could be a problem for anyone who isn’t. The staircases weren’t the best lit, so it did make me nervous as key entry wasn’t needed to enter the side door. There was makeup left behind, on our room floor, (was some sort of lip treatment gloss) so I don’t think the room was properly cleaned, as it would be hard to miss. Our safe in our room wasn’t working. Not a huge deal, we were only there for 2 nights. We were told by one employee the pool wasn’t in service & by another it was - pool area was a disaster- no towels. The room towels are so small, they are child sized. I witnessed 2 different occasions 2 male staff members going into a hotel room together suspiciously, returning into the hallway a few minutes later wiping their noses. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and have never left a review before… I personally wouldn’t stay here again. There was no comp even offered for the inconveniences.

Cigarette smole and pot
The hotel looked very nice but our hallway smelled of pot and the room stunk of cigarette smell! We arrived late so we didn't bother saying anything since it looked like the hotel was full from all the cars in the parking lot. Also, the hotel elevator was broken.

For starters I don’t smoke and everything was fine until in the middle of the night I smelt cigarette smoke then thought nothing of it. Later find out that I was charged the deposit fee because they thought I was smoking and when I called to challenge the charge I kept on being told the manager was not in. It’s been over a week since I left my information to receive a call back and never received one.

There were gaps in the ceiling and wall as well as two panels over electrical stuff that were not secured at all. There was a nasty handprint on the bathroom door. On the other hand, the room was quiet. The food from the bar and service there was good.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Good location just off major roads. On site parking. Nearby eating options. We booked a King room for 2 people, but it was almost like the room was prepared for a solo traveler. Only one mug for the coffee machine & one glass for other drinks, 3 pillows & 3 towels. Just a quick stopover for us on a Roadtrip, so not a major issue, just seemed odd. Minimal information at check in & no information pack in the room.
