Not so clean!
Very disappointed in this hotel. Not clean no cups in bathroom. Beds were not comfortable. TV had no direction on how to get channels we had to call front desk. Telephone in room was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Bathroom sink was missing drain plug. Not a clean hotel if you’re looking for comfort and cleanliness.

I was not pleased with this hotel. Staff was nice enough but not overly welcoming. Sign at the front desk stated they could refuse service to anyone, for any reason at any time. Not very welcoming in my opinion. Our room smelled of smoke as soon as the door was opened. No tissue in the bathroom, shower head had tape on it, light fixture in bathroom missing/blown bulb-poor lighting, mirror in the bed area was smudged with grime, curtains falling off rail-would not close all the way. Ice machine broken on our floor, had to search for one that worked. Pool area VERY run down, no towels, dirty dishes on table, bugs in pool. I could go on but there is too much to list. Less than economy accommodations. Do not waste your money here.

Fantastic
My family's new favorite place to stay. We stay at a lot of hotels but this place is consistantly the best. The people are nice & attentive while still giving you personal space. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean & huge which is great when traveling with kiddos who have been cooped up together in a car for awile. The beds are very comfortable as are the chairs. The gym is nicely arranged & the pool is always clean, warm & refreshing. The hotel is easy to access with shopping & dining options all around yet somehow still very quiet & serene. I have never had a less than wonderful stay & will definitly return.

The man in the lobby who checked myself and my friend in was extremely rude. Was talking on his cellphone the entire time, often times ignoring us to use his phone. He assigned us a room, and as we left tk bring our things to our room, said that he had seen us smoking cigarettes outside and that we are "not to smoke in the room, that they woll know and we will be charged a fee. As we walk up to the 3rd floor to find our room, mind you, we paid for a suite, he had given us not the suite, but a TINY room with 2 doubke beds. When we went downstairs to the lobby to try and have the problem fixed, he told us thatb"that was the room he gave us, that if we didnt like it we could leave ane stay somewhere else"

Caught the staff and ‘vendor’ searching through the room. When confronted and asked about the incident of them entering the room for ‘emergency purposes’ they couldn’t elaborate and wanted to see our proof. Then entered the unit to search AGAIN and seen in a live gaming stream. Folks at the bar confirmed they saw people in and out of room and the staff discussing it. When asked why, no answers could be provided or reports submitted they accused us of having pets in the room and unapproved guests. They were willing to change our rooms because of the incidents and bullying but wouldn’t elaborate on why. Creepy behavior, followed up with gas lighting then turned into our fault and the manger was unable to provide any details why. They went through great lengths to hide their behavior. I just wanted a reason why and in providing pictures and information to a fake manager resulted more intrusions by individuals now not associated with the company. Instead of discussing like adults - they ignored us. Other people noted they saw them, we saw them and in retaliation the room was vandalized to fit their narrative. A terrifying experience. They refused to provide a receipt when we left then accused us of harassment.
