Cloudcroft is a fun small town. The hotel was close to places to browse. Not in the middle so it was relaxing.

This hotel was clean, well lit and right on the main road, so very convenient. But the walls were very thin, and the door to our room had no seal to keep the hall noise out. The floor above us was also thin as we could hear whenever someone above us walked across the floor, used the bathroom, etc. Also, though we always appreciate it when breakfast is included, it was sub-par.

Brand new hotel. Comfortable beds. Nice check in. Walking distance to Big Daddy’s restaurant which was good & affordable. Pool was not open yet.

Nice new hotel with a lodge feel. I was not happy they charged us 20.00 to check in 1 hour early. Seems ridiculous since the place was for the most part empty and the rooms had been cleaned already. The way into the drop off/ lobby was scary because of the angle it sits.

Our short stay was incredible, what I really loved was the ceiling fan in room, that was sufficient enough for us, no hotel that we have stayed at has those. Did not disappoint.

WE liked the cleanliness of the entire facility. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast, which we usually do not do at hotels, was very good! Only negative was lack of shelf for personal toiletries in bathroom which was amazing, otherwise.
