I didn't care for the check in process. I like to talk to people face to face not from a screen. I felt that the screen was too cold and impersonal. It also made checking in take longer than it needed to.

We loved that the property had a lot to pull our camper and pull behind car trailer!! Everything was clean and neat. We did not love the automated check-in, but that was probably because of the late hour that we pulled in. It was very difficult to understand the gentleman at the kiosk- maybe just don't ask for the video assistance

Very nice room. Not truly ADA friendly due to tub in bathroom. Interrior of hotel smelled rather "onion-y"...deodorizer needed for certain.Luckily the smell did not carry into our room. Definitely would stay again....room excellet.

Kleenex or Tissues would be helpful. On the wall in the bathroom was toilet paper stuck to it. Door didn’t lock properly. Deadbolt didn’t match up with the hole. No elevator for luggage was rough not impossible but I could see that being a problem for others.

Great, clean place.
Small things: no breakfast, worst toilet paper ever. Great things: great ice machine and coffee and tea bar right up front. Motel was immaculate, our room looked like it had just been renovated, new paint, bathroom clean as a whistle, All neat and tidy. Most fun thing: we got in late and there was no one at the reception but sign to check in at computer, like at the airport, BUT you see a real person on the screen, they check you in. I asked where he was and he said overseas. Very funky!! But there is someone at the hotel 24/7 if you need something.

Someone is going to get hurt in the bathroom tube. The bottom is really slick and there is not any hold bars to keep you from slipping or falling. Need to have grip tape on the bottom or something. I was really learnt about slipping.
