Pool and fitness room were great and accessible. The included breakfast had the essentials and the kids loved the pancake making machine. Rooms are spacious and clean with good blackout curtains and temp control. Staff was friendly and parking was easy. All around great stay.

Very clean well kept hotel in a great location. Excellent pool and hot tub area. To earn a perfect score the breakfast could have offered more variety over the four days and the pancake maker should have been more reliable.

The hotel itself was an average hotel, beds felt like the typical spring in your back. However, the staff were top notch. They were kind, friendly courtesy and so helpful. I would go back for that alone!

The hotel seems to have deteriorated a bit over the years. Not as clean as it once was. Pool area had mold under tables and bathroom had something on the wall in bath/shower area.

The room was dated but nice. Their breakfast options were great and their Chef was amazing. Very considerate and kind. He regularly checked up on guests during breakfast to make sure we had enough food, drinks, or dishes. He also always ensured to great everyone when passing by. The housekeeping needs to be worked on. There was garbage from the previous guest left in the room and from staying for a few days we ran out of the basics like toilet paper. It was difficult to get housekeeping to come and resolve this which we were not impressed with. For the price, I would expect this to be resolved by staff in lieu of having to go get it myself. The parking lot is also very small with super tight spots, trucks and SUVs barely fit in the stall.
