Checkin staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. Room had no comforter, smelled like urine, dirty pile of towels in closet. Roaches everywhere. Never again.

Definitely get what you pay for. & in this case a little less! The rooms are run down, have roaches, fridge didn’t work, microwave was disgusting, the blankets smelled & had stains all over them. We had a room that was literally in front of the swamp they call a pool that smelled horrible! We did not stay!

This is the filthiest hotel I’ve ever booked at. There were roaches crawling in walls and floor there were bed bugs crawling all on pillows and under sheets it was disgusting needless to say I did not sleep there we had leave and book another hotel they refused to refund me because there was no manager and I’m still waiting on manager to call me back this happened Friday today is Sunday and when I called today I was told no manager will be back till Tuesday. My friend that was with me got bit twice on the leg and I got bit once on my arm. Do not book here this place should be shut down we thought it would be an ok hotel since it was a Wyndham chain but I guess Wyndham is no longer good in my list of hotels.

This property was less that sub par. Firstly, the bugs. So many roaches. How can you run a hotel interested with German cockroaches? It was disgusting. Second, the amenities that a hotel room should have, were lacking badly. No running water in the bathroom toilet; can't flush the toilet. The TV was broken to where the picture would fade after being on for about a minute. Then, the hotels breakfast, was pretty much non existent. Ok, they had a decrepit pancake maker with the Teflon coating wearing out in your pancake. So if you like plastic in your food, it's a great choice. No other food to choose from however, so good luck with the breakfast if that's what you're looking for. And to top it all off, the staff is about the most unfriendly group of people I've dealt with. I was hardly greeted upon entering. Had to kinda make a big deal about getting a second hotel key card made for my dad, then I was told I could not get a receipt because the booking wasn't done thru the hotel directly. So hopefully they charge me the actual price of what it costs to stay there, as I wouldn't ever pay a penny more. I wouldn't pay anything, or even be paid to stay there again for that matter. All in all, I don't know how the place even manages to be open due to everything going on. It's very slummy and run down, and I kinda still want my receipt too.

This place was cheap, but clearly for a reason. There was mold on the shower, the mattress, and even the walls. The room smelled horrible. Sadly other hotels had no vacancy. One of the worse hotels I’ve been to.

Terrible very dirty floors and ceiling.. no working refrigerator, hair dryer, clogged toilet. The pool wasn't clean water was very dirty and green so you couldn't use it.. For check in there was no one so we had to wait like 25 minutes.

My check in was at 4pm and check out was at 12pm, the male clerk at the front desk came and knock on the room door around 11:40am stating my check out time was 11am and that we had 10 minute to be out of the room, when confront the male clerk had a attitude and start speaking Arabic and ignoring me. Towels are white and they was stained with dirt from previous customer. I assume. Roaches in the roach and the room had a old smell to it. Would never stay again, will be reporting this motel to Corporate. Very unprofessional.
