Small but clean
Property was great. Pool had a slide and splash park. The 2 bedroom had a very small living space, but rooms were a good size. Everything was very clean and updated.

The room design is to small our dinning room table was in front of the refrigerator to where we was unable to open to place our food items in. Once we realized the heavy granite table could be moved a little bit we was able to use the refrigerator. We stayed in a two bedroom and we all couldn’t sit in the dining area at the same to enjoy breakfast together. The noise of children running across the floor at 5:30am every morning for a 4 day stay was so annoying especially when you paying your money and not a receiving a Tour stay we did end up taking the Tour to assist the wonderful young ladies who assisted us when we arrived. They just sat us down and showed pricing but no produce no Tour of the property they want us to purchase so we left.

Horrible experience. The walls are so thin in this building that I could not only hear every step above me as the loudest booming noise in the world, but every word. Woke me up multiple times in the night, barely got any sleep even with headphones in. Will never stay here or at any BlueGreen whatever resort again. Absolutely not. Next time I’ll pay more to stay at a place without noise problems and without dead bugs in the bathroom and most likely mold in the room.

We found our room very clean and up to date with all the amenities we need. Although the pool was in the prices of being maintained we found it very unique. We loved the historical nature and architecture of the area.

Perfect for what we needed. Clean and spacious two bedroom condo. Noticed a couple issues when checked in, but both were addressed and fixed while we were out for dinner. Water pressure was low. Quiet area when train wasn’t passing by. Would stay again

Check in process was quick. I was given directions and suggestions to near by places. The area was clean and quiet during the night. I felt safe with my children here. I would definitely stay here when I come back to visit again.

Stayed here 3 years ago, and have to say the place is pretty now rundown. The doorways and rooms need fresh paint and the bathrooms desperately need a deep cleaning. The beds are comfortable. The floors above are really squeaky so you hear everyone above you. The location is great, and liked having a washer and dryer but unfortunately will probably not stay again.

Check-in was easy. However, the staff wanted to have us go to their 120 minute pitch for time shares even though we were staying there for two nights. They only called us once to remind us of a pitch meeting, but we were too busy to bother. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The furniture was run down. The property did have laundry which was convenient on a road trip. We were close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Great places to eat in nearby downtown Williamsburg. We have stayed at many Expedia properties. This property was average, but convenient for a short stay in the area.

The property and staff onsite are wonderful! However, beware that this resort is a timeshare community and they will trick you into going to the 120 minute pitch. Again. The sales person was wonderful. If you are not interested in a timeshare or taking time out of your trip to deal with salespeople, don’t stay here.

Great place to stay to fell right at home
Easy check in. The rooms were in excellent condition and made it a home away from home experience. Felt very comfortable and relaxing. My family enjoyed the game room above the registration area.
