I reserved the room thru Expedia several weeks ago for tonight. I show up at the hotel, and it’s closed. How aweful service to allow me to reserve a room and then be closed. My family and I then had to scramble around town to find an available room. And we paid a huge cost for our room tonight which was more than double what our Best Western cost was. I would like to be reimbursed for my hotel tonight. And I would like to know how this happened.

This is a lovely property - mostly one-story units, which is nice because there is no one above you or below you. We were in Cody (a great little town), with another couple for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. Beds were nice and we slept well. Room had a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was quite nice....eggs & bacon the first morning, and eggs & sausage the second morning. Also, fresh fruit, pastry, bagels, yogurts, cereals, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. This hotel is very close to the Buffalo Bill Center of the West (a MUST see), and not far from eating options. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, however, be aware that booking is non-refundable.

The property was in a good location and well kept. The room and bathroom were clean, except for the carpeting. The carpet wasn't worn, just needed cleaning. Breakfast offerings were ample and displayed conveniently. Small seating area for eating, but staff made arrangements to seat overflow as needed.

The hotel has open design that you can park your car right outside of your room. However, the room is fairly small. The breakfast area is small as well. Breakfast options are limited. It’s OK for one night stay.

Oh my goodness this is the cutest place to stay! I haven' stayed in a motor inn since the 70s but you have to stay here. The staff were the friendliest and very helpful on letting us know about breakfast, parking, and checkout. The room had a fridge and microwave. I took photos of the bathroom, too adorable with a glass block wall. Very clean. I will be staying here on my next trip to Cody. Forgot to mention it was quiet so slept well.
