Was visiting family in the area and the house provided a nice escape from the holiday activities. House was spacios with a nice layout, beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Weather didn't cooperate, but a nice outdoor space too. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect, comfortable, wonderful place
Very clean, had everything needed, open, spacious areas. Yard and fire pit, outside area great!! Quiet, private yard. Host easily accessible and responsive. One couple had car trouble and their Daughter and Son in law drove up to get them late Saturday, no problem for host to let them stay. Very much appreciated. Great family home!!

The house was very clean and a perfect family home for a wedding weekend. Our host Joanna was very accommodating and let my daughter move into the house in the morning after a redeye flight from DC. Family gathering.
We gathered as a family for the memorial service of my father's passing. The house was a perfect size for my husband and I to be there with our 4 adult childten .Then later after the service family came over for a time of fellowship and being together. It was the perfect place for what we needed. Thank you so much!! Clean and comfortable with a retro feel. It reminded us of my mother in laws home. :)

I liked this property because it was very roomy and welcoming. The decor was perfect not to much or to little. It was a home away from home. It was unique in that they allowed smoking on the property and had a specific instruction on where to dispose of them which we greatly appreciated. It also had a beautiful yard to view ie a garden and beautiful flowers that were all in bloom. It was easy to find and close to the interstate for easy travels. It is an absolutely wonderful place!

Very clean and worked well for our large family
We have stayed at this property twice and it works well for our family of 8 — 6 kids ranging from under 1 year up to 15 years old. There are plenty of beds, a decently stocked kitchen, and it’s near everything in Post Falls. If you’re coming up for an even like Confirmation at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or St. Joan’s Catholic Church, then it’s very close to both.

Very clean house, great communication with manager
The home was just as listed, nice big family food with a very comfy couch. We had just about everything we needed in the kitchen to cook many meals there. We got a good amount of snow during our stay and my kids had a blast in the back yard. I didn’t realize the “other rental” on the property was people who live in the basement, but we had zero issues. Overall great stay! Joana was very helpful and very quick to respond to any requests.

Wonderful experience overall
We had a wonderful stay in Post Falls. The home was clean, well equipped, and more than enough room for my wife and I, our two young children, my mother, and an adult cousin of mine and his young daughter. The location was great, good quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and I-90. The host Joanna was very informative and provided several food and entertainment recommendations. The rental was very nice and clean. It was fully equipped with everything you need. The property is well maintained and looked just like what is shown online. The only thing that I wasnt aware of, which I may have overlooked when making the reservation is the house is shared with another renter, but their entrance to their rental is located on the other side of house. We share the same laundry room. The property is located on a quiet street. Joanne, the owner of rental, seems very hospitable although our contacts was only through text messaging. I would recommend this place as it is a great base home to travel to Spokane and CDA.

Perfect house for family stay in the Post Falls area
This property was perfect for our stay in the Post Falls area. Our group was 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The sleeping arrangements were perfect and all of the bedrooms are on the main level. The dining and living room area were roomy enough for all of us to gather in the evenings without it being crowded. This property is centrally located with good access to Silverwood, Couer D'Alene, and Spokane. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in the area.
