Our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home is ideally located within walking distance to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Located in a quiet neighborhood, step outside and hike Tubbs Hill or relax at Sanders Beach. Our home is ideal for guests traveling to CDA for business or leisure and looking to experience an authentic local experience. We are located within a block of Tubbs Hill, a popular hiking and recreational area, Sherman Avenue which is home to many local shops, galleries and one-of-a-kind restaurants, McEuen Park, City Park, CDA Resort, and Sanders Beach at the Lake CDA! Enjoy Spring and Summer in Coeur d'Alene.

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

A great place to stay!
We booked this property primarily for the location. Of course, we also needed to sleep 6, so this fit the bill. Two very nice bedrooms upstairs for the adults and the bunkbed in the basement for the grandkids were perfect. It was 103 degrees when we pulled into town and the air conditioning was a welcome relief. We come to Cd’A every year at this time and knew we would want to take in the happenings downtown. The walkablity was great and having Sanders Beach so close was an added bonus. The house could not have been nicer and we felt that the management folks were only a phone call away. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location!
A group of adults stayed in this property for several nights and it was the perfect jumping off point to explore the town. The house is within walking distance to Tubbs Hill, the lake, and all of the restaurants on Sherman. We loved the neighborhood and thought communication with the property manager was great. We highly recommend.

This property was clean and updated. Our son,daughter-in-law and grand children stayed with us. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was close to downtown, restaurants, the park and the Coeur d’Alene resort.

The home was clean. It was similar to the pictures listed. The downstairs functioned as a “mini apartment” for our 17 & 19 year olds. The drawback to the down stairs was it was freezing cold. To keep the upstairs at 72° the downstairs was probably 60-62°. We tried shutting all the downstairs vents, but the ceiling fan wouldn’t shut off. They enjoyed the downstairs but literally wore sweatshirts, pants, and stayed wrapped in blankets. The upstairs was comfortable with beds and closet space. Two of the couch pillows were kind of old and gross, we just placed them in a closet while we were there. A grill would have been nice. There was only salt and pepper to use. So if you cook, bring/buy everything to add flavor. The fridge was nice. Many dishes to use. The bathroom upstairs lacked counter space. It felt inconvenient for makeup and hair. But it was clean and well lit. Towels were fluffy and plentiful! The downstairs bunkbeds were extremely squeaky. Even the bottom bunk was so loud! One teen slept on the extra bed on the floor and the other slept on the couch. The laundry room was great They provided nice Beach towels. Parking was off street, but the entrance was around the front which was annoying. There was an unusable lock box at the back door. not a deal breaker. Just annoying. I would definitely stay here again and again.

The layout was perfect for our family as there was a nice bedroom downstairs for the kids. The cleaning crew wasn't quite done when we arrived after check-in time, and a phone call would have been nice to let us know--but the most important thing is that the home was clean and that was worth waiting for. The front yard is a little rough, so keep that in mind if good landscape maintenance is important to you. The location was perfect and not far from the lake and park. The management checks in periodically via text and encourages guests to contact them with any problems. We had a couple of very minor issues that we probably wouldn't even have reported except for that encouragement. But they did not respond to the email we sent, so you may want to try reaching them (if needed) through the their other contact methods, the guest portal or by phone. The air conditioning kept things comfortable, and we honestly had a wonderful time. Even the neighbor was nice and eager to share recommendations of what to do and see! And, yes, we would come back :-)

Great location and plenty of room
Overall our stay was good and the house was clean. There were a few problems with the property which we communicated with the management company and were eventually resolved. I believe it to be a new listing to there were a few bumps along the way. Overall the property inside is nice and recently given some updates. The outside could use some landscaping cleanup but that's my ocd talking. Beware that the property has no kitchen supplies like spices, seasonings or oils so you'll need your own if you want to cook. There are utensils/plates and the other basic things. There is also no grill, which i found odd but I didn't specifically look for it in the listing, I just assumed one would be available so shame on me.

Great location, great spot for a family
Great family rental. Great location, within walking distance to parks, downtown, and trails. Nice and quiet if your kids need naps in the middle of the day. The only thing to consider is that the room with bunk beds is downstairs, so if you have littles, you many want to bring a baby monitor and baby gate for the stairs. We would definitely stay here again!
