Apartment for 4 persons - 20118 Sagone - South Corsica

On a plot of 1800 m2 with trees and flowers, in a very sunny location, apartment of 60 m2 South facing west, is located in ground garden of a beautiful villa which is completely independent, allowing freedom and no gene with the owners. The center of Sagone, 600 m away offers various shops, medical office, physiotherapy, pharmacy, to facilitate the stay.

All component parts of this apartment open to the outside, bay window and door windows on a terrace extending on private garden of 100 m2 on which there is an outdoor shower and a dryer. It consists of a lounge / dining room extended by a kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The equipment includes: 1) Fitted kitchen consists of high and low elements pine containing crockery, kitchen utensils; household appliances (oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, toaster .. 2) Living / Dining Room includes buffet, table and chairs, armchair, sofa, pull-out bed (sleeps 2 ), TV TNT, and possibility of internet (Livebox). 3) the room is classic with bedding 140, wardrobe, bedside, spacious enough to accommodate a cot. 4) the lighted and airy bathroom with a window has a bathtub / shower, washbasin, bidet. 4) separate toilet, basin, sink, water heater. 4) terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs

Hobbies: Small creeks and large beautiful sandy beaches surrounding the resort; the closest being at 200-250 m from the apartment. A little further on, at the mouth of the Liamone river, possibility of bathing in fresh or salt water. And do not forget the straw huts on the beaches where you can eat.
Swimming, swimming, sailing, water skiing, fishing, hiking, ranch offering horseback rides, outdoor cinema and a little further mountain lakes. Apartment well located for discovering the beauty of Corsica. On the south side Ajaccio and its history at 35 Kms; the north side, Cargèse and its two churches, Creeks of Piana and the Gulf of Porto. From the small port of Sagone by boat, visiting the marine reserve of Scandola and the Gulf of Girolata inaccessible by road, and world heritage of UNESCO.

Ottima sistemazione per una vacanza in famiglia
L'appartamento e' dotato di tutto quello che necessita in una vacanza, tranne la lavatrice, che a quanto pare in Corsica è usanza comune. Anche se l'arredamento è un po' datato, come tutta la costruzione, è molto ben distribuito e corrispondente alla descrizione. L'appartamento è sito al piano terreno con ingresso indipendente e dotato di grande vetrata che affacicia su parte di giardino privato della casa, che i proprietari, gentilissimi, hanno riservato all'appartamento e non invaderanno mai I proprietari sono molto discreti e super disponibili ad accontentare le vostre richieste, e accettano animali. E' presente il WiFi ad uso gratuito e la Tv satellitare. La villa si trova in una bella zona ben protetta e vicina a diverse bellissime spiagge raggiungibili a piedi in 5/10 minuti. I negozi di alimentari si trovano a 800 mt dalla casa ed ulteriori servizi poco distanti. Speriamo di poterci ritornare presto anche per salutare la tartaruga che ci è venuta a far visita durante il soggiorno. à bientôt

Sehr schöne Lage der Villa: fünf Minuten bis zum Strand, Bergflüsse in der Nähe, man kann einen Ausflug nach Scandola mit dem Boot machen, in der Nähe sind malerische Städte wie Cargèse und Vico; zudem nette Besitzerin. Das Einzige: man sollte vorher nachfragen, ob die Bettwäsche und Handtücher tatsächlich zur Verfügung gestellt werden , wie es im Inserat heißt. Bei uns gab es Missverständnisse. Sonst hat es uns gut gefallen.

L'appartamento e' molto funzionale , ben attrezzato e corrispondente alla descrizione ; si trova all'interno della proprieta' con un grande e bel giardino che e' stato perfetto per il nostro cane. La proprietaria , sig.ra Marguerite , e' stata molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile ; la casa si trova in una bella zona ben protetta e vicina a diverse bellissime spiagge.

Vicina al mare, oltre che alle più belle spiagge e calette tra Ajaccio e Porto, la casa è fresca, tranquilla, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con tv, wifi, cucina dotata di tutto e giardino dove rilassarsi; la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima come base per trascorrere una bella settimana in questa zona della Corsica dove si possono trovare le limpide acque delle calette a sud di Cargese, la grande spiaggia di Tiuccia, ma anche effettuare passeggiate a cavallo dal ranch di Sagone.

Très beau séjour à Sagone chez Mme Salard
Belle location avec une superbe vue sur le golfe de Sagone , calme avec un beau jardin ombragé .Toutes les commodités à proximité, départ pour de belles excursions en montagne et la mer à 300 mètres. Mme Salard, propriétaire de la maison est chaleureuse et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable . Résidence dans un beau lotissement et la location est indépendante, propre et sans vis à vis, on a qu'une envie c'est de rester ou de revenir , je recommande cette location à tous.
