Nice hotel, great service
Very nice reception staff. Parking available just across the street. Our room was high up, with a large balcony with a nice view of the castle. We had a little sitting area with a table and couch. We found treats (fruits and sweets) on the table. Walkable distance to downtown, but we needed to drive to the Castle Lift.

I can't think of a negative thing to say about this hotel. Excellent in everything. Only thing if you are coming from bus station, the uphill walk could be a little challenging.

Hotel São Luis is really lovely. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good wifi access. Close to the old part of town. I really enjoyed my stay here.
