Good location. A bit dated. Many of the featured dining options were closed. Small annoyances: housekeeping did not turn off previous guests alarm setting or ensure that safe was left open.

What had happened to the service at this Hotel??
I have stayed here several times. However, There was a long like at check-in and only ONE person working the desk. A large hotel on a Friday evening with ONE desk worker??? There were 12 cubicles for desk workers. all empty but one. I have never ordered room service in previous stays here But I did this time . A HUGE mistake. Call down, they said it would be up in 20 min. After an 90 min, I called down to cancel as it was getting late. They said they will take the charge off my card and cancel. They did not. As the charge was from one of the cafe's within the hotel, it was separate from the Hotel bill. I went to bed and over two hours after my original order, they came knocking at 1AM. It was like a 'takeout guy" and I tole him I cancelled it over an hour ago, he said there will be no charge. But there was. Horrible experience!!!

Beautiful hotel and building. Only issues were small things, like not having any hand soap in the bathroom, no fan in the bathroom, and no coffee maker in the room.

I really did not appreciate that I reserved the room 2 months prior for a king size bed and was given a room with 2 double bed Why reserve a head of time when its going to be given to someone else. We were there with a whole group of people and they received breakfast vouchers for their inconvenience and we were not given a damn thing!!!

We asked for a roll away bed at 12:30pm. We were told it would be there in 20 minutes. We went about our activities returned to hotel around 10pm, still no roll away so we went back down to check in where we were told they were then out. So I ended up sleeping on the floor! After paying $400 for 1 night!
