The staff were very helpful and all of what was offered upon booking was delivered. However, I did not have working bathroom lights on the first night and noticed some staining on one of the beds. The carpets through the main facility/stairwell were quite dirty, and the appearance of the hotel seemed a bit drab. I would recommend brighter, clean colours if redecorating; a thorough clean of carpets (or remove them) which would help with the looks and smell; and a better variety of breakfast. Unfortunately, there wasn't much I could eat. Fruits were browning, but I did eat a bagel. A flavoured bagel would've been lovely.

We had two queen size beds which were good. The bathtub was good as was the window coverings.. We stayed 4 nights. After the first night we asked the desk to have the maids wash the floor with clean water as we found the vinyl planking to be sticky. Tphey obviously did it. Wall paper was peeling on every wall. Lampshades were beat up as if there had been a fight. Two wall switch plates were broken with pieces missing.. The extra security bar was broken and useless....I parked my walker sideways across the door with its brakes on. The toilet paper roller is broken and unusable. All "wood" furniture is scratched and badly worn
