Lovely!
Lovely stay with gorgeous continental breakfast. Room was great except only one hook on back of door to hang clothes which is not enough. Would also like to see a shelf in shower for shampoo etc instead of having to place on the shower tray Perfect otherwise though

Love staying here and am a regular. This last stay was ruined by lack of sleep. My room (4) was directly above the kitchen and someone was working in there noisily until 0130 when I went downstairs to find out how long the noise would continue.

Very pleased to see The Flag given a new lease of life as a former local returning to visit family! The rooms are very well thought out, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated (compliments to the designer!). Bed was extremely comfortable. Biscuits, water jug and coffee machine were all lovely touches. Staff very friendly and helpful - clearly passionate about this place. Only minor negative was the en suite sliding door tends to slide back open, but should be an easy fix. Bar/restaurant very nice but a bit on the pricey side.

Bed was really comfortable, best pillows and duvet I’ve ever used. No or little tv signal, Ariel stuck to the wall with masking tape, quite handy as I was able to hang it out the window to try and get a signal. Shower wasn’t cleaned properly as hair on the tiles and was still there three days later. Food was really nice and well presented but did find £27 for cod and chips and a pint a bit pricy. Breakfast was basic but ample only down side no cooked breakfast.
Excepfood, compared to other places I’ve stayed at found it a bit pricy.
Hair on shower wall, was still there 3 days later. Definitely not mine as I’m bald!!

Spotlessly clean, modern rooms and nice furniture. Nice bathrooms. Excellent staff very helpful. The only negatives are that the tv had no signal and traffic was a bit noisy from the road. All in all very good and I would stay there again
