Lobby was very run down, and there were rubber mats over the other mats that were tripping hazards. The room had a smoking smell, light bulb out over the sink. The side door entrance never locked which was a security gap. Would not stay here again.

The service was good and the room was clean. However, it smelled like someone had smoked weed in the room right before us, and the morning we were there the entire hallway had a weird smell to it. The breakfast was the bare minimum and had no drinks besides coffee. The front desk people were very nice though.

We were there for the racing at Eldora. It was convenient and priced right. Would recommend again. It was a little noisy in the morning 2 of our 4 nights. Not a whole lot you can do about that. Staff was Great!

Best Birthday Ever . . .
The host of this hotel is the absolute best. It is ran by a family and they are incredibly accommodating. The pool was warm and inviting. The weather was perfect. I stayed on the 2nd floor because I like the quiet. They only thing that could have made it any better would have been an elevator. Although I appreciated the extra leg workout! Will be staying again.
