Unfortunately there is construction near the hotel and they were updating their computers. Staff was very unorganized, unhelpful and took forever to check in and out. Also the walk from to get to the hotel was a bit ridiculous due to the construction - my wife had surgery and originally was going to come back to the hotel to rest before getting on the road. There was no way that was going to happen because of the long walk. Disappointing

Pitiful
Booked at 830am. After 3pm they still didn’t have room ready or my reservation. They should indicate that “free parking” is no longer available on this as it’s under construction. I picked this location for parking as I have 2 kids under 3. The room needs to be cleaned up and repaired. Mirrors damaged and bathtub. The wallpaper is peeling. The carpet outside the room is loose from the ground. Asked the staff 3 times for a crib to be put in the room and finally got one at 8pm without sheets for it. The staff needed to be pushed but they were very accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Needs a major up date.

Parking situation was horrible, wouldn’t have booked there had I known. No one came by to clean our room, staff wasn’t overly friendly or accommodating either.

To say disappointed with this hotel is an understatement. It's a very dated, dirty hotel. Elevators often not working properly. But most importantly, construction was going on the street fronting the hotel and the road was closed. Signage indicated access to the hotel, however the construction workers would not allow access to drop off persons staying and luggage. The staff were not helpful at all. The location for the parking is absolutely inconvenient and then you have to make your way maze like through the Scotia Centre to access the hotel. Despite advising of mobility issues, the staff did nothing to accommodate or assist. The hotel should be making arrangements to ensure accessible access to the hotel. Extremely disappointing for the cost.
