In the living room there is an open fireplace, a modern large L-fitted kitchen and a large dining table for 8 people. The kitchen offers plenty of space, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a large gas stove with 5 cooking zones, an extractor hood. There is also a sleep bed (1.4 x 2 m), a 46 'flat satellite TV for 4 satellites (Astra 19.2; Astra 23; Astra 28 u. Hotbird). You can park directly on the property in the double carport. The pool is solar heated. There is also a low-rise building with a lake view that is separate from the house. The low-rise building consists of an L-shaped living room / bedroom, a shower bath completely modernized in 2016 and a storage room. In the sleeping area of the living room there are 2 single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen satellite TV with DVD. In the living area there is a sleep pillow (approx. 1.4 x 2 m). Advantages of accommodation: Due to the seclusion of the house and the quiet location directly on the lake, you have a high recreational value. Dogs are allowed on the enclosed property and in good hands. You have direct access to the lake and almost a private beach. While you are on the beach, even a small child can go up to the house for a short time, as there is no traffic. 4 restaurants are within walking distance, which is an advantage after an exuberant meal with wine or beer. In the morning you can buy freshly baked bread in the bakery on foot. You can rent a 5 HP (600 kg payload) dinghy-free inflatable boat directly at the house or a buoy berth for your own boat directly in front of the house.
