The property was clean, comfortable and convenient to venues we needed to travel to. The bar and food offered was reasonable and satisfying. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver "King" James is a gem !

Guest services was nice and welcomming, however I would suggest to put guest on hold instead of yelling queations at other front desk members for answers. As a guest i would prefere not to have people yell on the phone.

Should of stayed elsewhere.
The room was dirty. Had a used cup on the counter. Dirt was under the vanity. The elevator was dirty as well. The bed was hard and dated. The TV was dated no streaming services or local channels. Restaurant stopped accepting food orders at 9PM.

Wi-Fi Slow, TV’s are terrible
The first thing that made our stay disappointing was the slow Wi-Fi which meant their Amazon TVs weren’t working. We had to have someone come up to help and even he, remarked on how bad they were. The room was fine, a little faded around the edges, and the rug was jacked up on the side of one bed. Also, there were no nightstands on the opposite sides. It was tolerable for the night but I won’t stay there again.

My stay was okay only issues that I had was room next door young kids making a lot of noise having partying drinking and smoking marijuana all night long call call front desk twice. One answered. Went down to the front desk. No one was there. Two of the police was in the restaurant inside of the bar even though this was late night

Not bad. Awesome to have a shuttle service to MGM. Good helpful staff. Room was nice! Older fixtures and may need a deep cleaning but worked for our one night.

Had ZERO power in the room for 2 days.. literally ONE outlet worked to charge my phone. No tv. No fridge. No microwave. No light in the bathroom. The way my 2 night stay trip went i mostly just used the room to sleep so i dealt with it BUT both times i left the room to do something i told the front desk and was promised when i got back ( very late each night) it would be fixed. NOPE. Pretty pathetic. Would NEVER recommend
