They solved a problem in our room an quickly moved us to another. We missed phone chargers in our room. Was very unhappy that there was a charge for breakfast, As seniors we do not eat a lot and a small continental breakfast would have been welcome.

Check in was easy. Room was just ok, it was clean but the pillows were terrible and the AC unit was so loud. It sufficed for one night but would bot stay again. It is next to a lot of food options which was a bonus.

Room was dirty.. the air conditioning was so loud it would wake you up when it would turn on. We refused to use the shower because it was gross.. at 9:00am house keeping banged on the door and woke us all up asking when we are leaving.. Iā€™d never stay here again not to mention Iā€™m pretty sure there were bed bugs

I won't stay here again. At check in I asked the clerk where the pool was, he said it's closed for maintenence. This should've been on their website since this is an amenity I chose the place for. I then asked him what time Breakfast was and he said for the weekends it's from 7 to 10. We came down Saturday morning for breakfast only to find out that it costs close to 20 dollars per person to eat Pre-Cooked warmed up food. I was able to walk around the corner to IHOP and get food made to order for less money. At checkout, I walk to the desk, the clerk held his hand out for the keys, then looked at me and said you're all set. He ever thanked me for staying never asked me how am I stay was. This place is not a place for anyone that's looking to be treated like a customer.

GLK MY Dc trip
I was pleasantly surprised that the accommodations were so good at a reasonable price. The small but well maintained gym was an added benefit. The staff was pleasant and professional. My only issue is there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Not an issue that would cause me to not stay at this hotel again.
