Too many projects, elevator#1 broken other too slow. various maintenance -painting doors, walkways .ect. Was awoken by workers attempting to come into my room "we here to fix something-8:30am! Thank goodness my door block was engaged because they would have walked right in. "We didn't know somebody was in this room". I quickly got dressed and confronted the front desk as if she seemed puzzled, I pointed out the two workers, one of them laughed when I said I wanted a partial refund-"I said I was sorry" further escalating a situation.

This property was completely unsanitary. There were multiple roaches in my room. The carpets and the smell in the hallways were filthy.

The staff were absolutely rude. Stayed there on our return home from our honeymoon and they just greeted us at the desk rudely when we arrived and were just down right rude when we left. Also have one poor guy and his wife trying to repair and renew this hotel while the rude staff sits around on their phones not cleaning or helping with the unpleasant smell that was in there. Also the elevator was completely sketchy. I enjoyed this hotel last year when we stayed but it must be under new management.

The hotel definitely needs renovation. There was only 1 elevator working and it had some type of liquid in it, but the pool wasn’t open. The towel holder fell off the wall as soon as the towel was touched. The bathtub faucet was loose as well. The furniture in the room was very worn down. The only two positives were the checkin staff were helpful and friendly, but I can’t say the same for the checkout staff. Also, the hotel is in close proximity to Northwest Stadium, but I wouldn’t advise using the shuttle service subcontracted by the hotel. They offer round trip service to the stadium, but will leave you stranded when it’s time to return to the hotel.

Roaches in room. Change room only to a stopped up sink change rooms again to roaches running all over the place! Kids were traumatized. Had to find another hotel at 1am after an all day business/tour day. Was told manager would reach out to compensate me but I’ve yet to hear anything

This hotel was dirty and provided no housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping was only available after you checked out. The hotel was very smelly and had a lot of construction work going on during our stay. The lamp on the bedside table was supposed to be able to charge USB and plug in, but did not. There was only one other outlet in the room to charge things. The only elevator was very slow and sounded like it was going to break any second. The elevator was tiny. The breakfast choices were very very limited and disgusting. The property was hard to get out of and had no decent restaurants nearby. The ice machine on our floor was broken and there were no plans to replace or fix it.
