The property and the room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. They had a very nice continental breakfast. The Hotel is conveniently located off Hwy. 6. We will defintely stay here again, when were in Navasota.

Great stay! Clean and comfy room. Delicious breakfast. The pond behind the building was a plus. We sat outside and watched the ducks. So relaxing.

My husband and I were put in a handicap room. After he took a shower, I needed to use the restroom and water was running across the floor from the shower. Also, checkout time was 11am but housekeeping was knocking on our door at 10:30am. We got a little annoyed.

Although I don’t really think the lady at the desk is to blame, this hotel has awful service. One employee should not be working the front desk and the breakfast room. I booked and paid for a room in advance. The manager said they didn’t even know what kind of room I was talking about. I had it clearly on the receipt. We had a team of girls there and the employee wouldn’t open the dining room door to give out one spoon. I’ve never seen a hotel nickel and dime paying guests like this hotel. I feel sorry for the employees.

WORST HOTEL EVER
Worst hotel ever. I called corporate on them because they were extremely unprofessional. They accused me of lying and then called me at 9pm at night to check about the amount of people in my room. They had fleas or bed bugs i got bit multiple times on my neck by something. They were very very rude and unfriendly. I would never stay there again. I wouldnt even want my dogs to stay there they may leave with fleas.
