This is a terribly rin down property. Gross by any estimation. So bad in fact, we left to find other accommodations. We should receive a refund to be honest. The staff was kind enough and apologetic, but there was no housekeeping available. The room was not clean. There was trash all over the property.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty. Paint chipping and discolored. My non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The only water to drink was from a vending machine in a different building. I will never stay at La Quinta inn again and do not trust hotels.com.

Your family could die
They wouldn’t let us check in until 8pm and they double booked our room and Tim, the maintenance employee, tried to barge into the room around midnight. He called called the cops on us even though we had our receipt and room keys. My father suffered from a hypertensive attack. It was horrible. I wouldn’t stay there again even if they paid me too.

Will never stay here again. The property is very run down, pool was being drained but was half full of disgusting water. At first I thought "well the room was clean" . During the night I killed 2 roaches.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! Just by looking at the outside you already know it’s going to be horrible! I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but we checked in and check right back out. There are roaches in the room and small tiny bugs that were crawling on us. This place is DISGUSTING! @laquinta how do you allow them to be called la Quinta this place not only does it need to be shut down but torn down too.

This is an older property, the room wasn’t cleaned properly. the pool was dirty with trash and a chair and black stuff all around in the pool. there was no soap, toilet paper or face towels in the room.
