Better approach to a clean property
When we arrived the place was dirty. Nothing had been cleaned. It looked like for quite some time. We called the property manager and they made an attempt to come over and clean, but still wasn’t sufficient. Overall, the property is a sketchy area.

Great Place in CSTAT for Family Weekend
Great apartment, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. Clean, comfortable, better than a hotel form my family. Beds are comfortable. Convenient location, easy drive right up Texas Ave to TAMU. We will be staying here again! (My only recommendation, Bring your own bar of soap for the shower. None was provided but that wasn’t a huge deal. )
