A fifteen minute drive from the pleasant coastal town of Fano with its lovely sandy and pebbly beaches, you will find in the middle of "la campagna" the beautiful apartment La Sorellina. This completely newly built apartment in 2014 with lots of privacy is right next to 'her older big sister' on a plot of almost 7,000 m2. The site has many beautiful fruit and olive trees and has a truly breathtaking view over the valley at the Furlo Gorge and the Apennines.

Amazing location, beautiful view and great hosts
We had a wonderful 5-day stay here. We would highly recommend. The small house they have built is modern, clean and has all the facilities required - including lovely air conditioning. The view is amazing and steals the show. Spending warm evenings out here eating and looking at the Appennine mountains was enchanting. We hadn't realised that the pool was shared with the hosts however they always allowed us use of it and allowed us plenty of time there on our own. It was also a beautifully maintained pool. Grazie mille per tutto!

A fantastic venue for a true ‘get away from it all’ holiday.
We have just returned from a week staying at La Sorellina with our two children age 10 and 11. We have enjoyed such a lovely break. The apartment is simple but provides all you need. The view from the patio and pool is stunning and we spent many hours reading, eating, sunbathing and playing cards looking at the view! Deborah and family are very welcoming and hospitable, and Kimba the dog could smell a bbq from the neighbouring farm! All in all we would highly recommend this beautiful piece of paradise to all.

Amazing holiday ! Couldnt have asked for Better !
Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Peaceful and relaxing just takes you away from all of lifes stresses. The pool area couldn't be better. The loungers were so comfortable too. The apartment had everything that you needed as was easy to keep tidy. You will no doubt get a visit from a sweet little dog called Kimba who made my holiday. She often slept outside all night as she knows shes not allowed in the apartment. The supermarket in the town is great and about a 5 minute drive away. The town you can see up on the hill has the most amazing restaurant, we popped up in the afternoon and booked a table for the evening. We did a day trip to Florence, drove to Bologna and took the train in, I highly recommend this trip. Fano has a fantastic beach the sea was so warm. We also drove to Pesaro again a lovely beach. A day trip to Rimini was fun a bit more commercialised but good if you have children as the crazy golf is good on a dull day. All in all one of our favourite holidays. We hope to come back again in the future and hopefully rent the big house. Deborah is a fantastic host you can ask her anything and she comes back to you really quickly. a 5 ***** holiday, don't hesitate to book ! ,, Geraldine, Robert & Rhys James

La Sorellina: Een prachtig luxe verblijf met een nog mooier uitzicht!
Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad in La Sorellina. Elke ochtend weer wakker worden met dat prachtige, sprookjesachtige uitzicht. Het verblijf is zeker voor Italiaanse begrippen heel erg luxe. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. Het huisje is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het mooie zwembad beschikt over heerlijke ligbedden en ook weer dat adembenemende uitzicht. 's avonds kan je in de tuin genieten van de mooie zonsondergang. In de week dat wij er waren, hebben we heel wat leuke plaatsjes bezocht. Zeker de moeite waard zijn: Urbino, Pesaro, Senigallia, Corinaldo, Loreto, San Marino, San Leo, Fano en ga zo maar door. Ook is een bezoek aan de Furlo kloof de moeite waard. De markt in Fano op zaterdag is ook een echte aanrader en daarnaast is Fano een super leuk plaatsje met leuke winkels en een mooi strand met leuke restaurantjes. Een lekker ijsje kan je in Fano eten bij Gelateria Pinobar. Een leuk restaurantje in Orciano (plaatsje vlakbij La Sorellina) is Il Castagno. Voor een wijnproeverij moet je bij wijnhuis Guerrieri zijn. Supermarkten vind je ook dichtbij. Vooral A en O is een erg mooie, complete supermarkt. In Fano zit ook een groot winkelcentrum met een grote supermarkt "Auchan". Voor nog meer ideeën en tips staat eigenaresse Deborah altijd voor je klaar, niets is haar teveel. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid. Wij komen graag nog een keertje terug!

Idyllisches kleines HĂ€uschen
Die Unterkunft hat uns vor allem mit ihrer idyllischen und ruhigen Lage ĂŒberzeugt. Man hat von der Terrasse aus wirklich einen wunderschönen Ausblick, der Garten und der Pool-Bereich sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Die KĂŒche ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Auch die Sauberkeit war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, es könnte jedoch etwas grĂŒndlicher gewesen sein. Es waren einige Spinnweben an den Decken. Das Duschsieb war leider total verstopft, sodass wir es selbst reinigen mussten, um wieder duschen zu können.

Ein Traum!
Schönes kleines HÀuschen mit einer tollen Terasse und wunderschönem Ausblick. Der Pool war ein Traum und zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Die Gastgeberin Deborah war herzlich und entgegenkommend, die Kommunikation mit ihr einwandfrei. Fazit: Ein wunderschöner und perfekter Ort zum Erholen! Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das GrundstĂŒck besticht durch seine ruhige Lage, wir haben insbesondere den tollen Ausblick inmitten der Natur genossen. Bis zum nĂ€chsten grĂ¶ĂŸeren Ort braucht man etwa 5-10 min mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir wĂŒrden definitiv wieder kommen!

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir waren als Paar fĂŒr zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick. Direkt vom Haus aus haben wir viele Touren mit unsern E-Bikes durch die tolle Landschaft der Marken gemacht und es sehr genossen, uns danach im großen Pool mit ebenfalls herrlichem Blick in die Ferne abzukĂŒhlen. Deborah als Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns mit guten Tips fĂŒr Unternehmungen und Restaurants versorgt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine idyllische Lage auf dem Berg mit einer fantastischen Aussicht, die Ruhe, den schönen Garten mit dem Pool und die sehr durchdachte Ausstattung. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Deborah ist zudem eine sehr fĂŒrsorgliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Anfahrt ist anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig (sehr steil, unebene Straßen, viele Kurven), man gewöhnt sich aber sehr schnell daran.

Totally fantastic!!
The house was fantastic! Everything was very nice. Kitchen, bedroom, livingroom, bathroom. And the panorama was absolute stunning! We lived for week in a painting enjoying the view everytime again. Swimmingpool and garden were also fantastic. Pity we stayed for only a week.

A nice airconditioned appartement. Here and there some cobwebs, but that’s logical in the middle of farmland. What we really missed was internet, a washing machine (already raised by someone in 2015), a little more beach umbrella’s at the pool and no TV. The host gave lots of info and was reachable when one had questions, super. Overall we enjoyed it, but if we return remains to be seen, there are other gems in Le Marche.

A slice of paradise
If your goal is to escape from the stress of civilisation for a few days this is the place to stay. The house is clean, modern and well insulated (I think) as even on the hot days the temperature inside was always pleasant. All three rooms have air conditioning which we didn't need as the temperature never got uncomfortable. The bed is great and thanks to the mosquito net that is suspended above it you can also sleep with the window open listening to the birds, frogs and crickets. The real charm of this house is it's beautiful natural surroundings. Waking up to this view never got old and at night we got to enjoy the beautiful sensation of hundreds of fireflies lightning up the fields. The pool that can be used is just the cherry on top and great if you want to cool down after admiring the view from one of the many places to sit or lay down on the property. If you really wanted to nitpick you could argue that the kitchen is a bit on the small side so cooking more complicated meals was a bit of a challenge but definitely not impossible. Overall a big recommendation from our side as the surrounding towns also have a lot to offer. We are glad we got to enjoy this.

Schönes Haus in herrlicher Lage
HĂŒbsches Ferienhaus fĂŒr 2 Personen mit toller Terrasse, Pool und sensationellem Ausblick auf einem HĂŒgel in den nördlichen Marken. Schöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung, sogar mit Weber E-Grill. Absolute Ruhe mitten in der Natur einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Sehr netter whatsapp- Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Deborah, alles bestens organisiert. Wenn wir eine Kleinigkeit bekritteln sollten, dann lediglich, dass das Kochgeschirr von unseren VorgĂ€ngern offensichtlich nicht richtig gereinigt worden war. Ansonsten alles top, fĂŒr uns war‘s ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Das Anwesen liegt sehr einsam, man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist neu und sehr stylisch. In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, außer die in der Beschreibung erwĂ€hnte Mikrowelle war nicht da. HandtĂŒcher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse ist ein Elektrogrill, den man nutzen kann. Es war alles sauber, bis auf die vielen Insekten, da bei unserer Ankunft ein Fenster offen war. Zum Meer sind es ca 15 km, was ca, 20-25 min dauert, da die Straßen schlecht sind. Leider war niemand vor Ort, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklĂ€ren, dafĂŒr waren wir alleine auf dem großen Anwesen und Deborah war immer per Whatsapp erreichbar. Negativ finde ich, dass es kein WLAN gibt. Der normale Empfang ist sehr schlecht oder geht teilweise gar nicht, daher wĂ€re WLAN echt eine sinnvolle Sache. FĂŒr die Endreiniung muss man noch 75 Euro zahlen und man muss 200 Euro Kaution hinterlegen, die ich nach 10 Tagen ohne Abzug wieder bekommen habe. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem kleinen FerienhĂ€uschen. Die Gegend ist nicht ganz so touristisch, wie die nördlichere Region und daher genau unser Ding. Von TĂŒr zu TĂŒr waren wir in einer halben Stunde am tollen Sandstrand und einen Tag konnten wir einfach auch vor Ort in dem HĂ€usschen genießen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und sollte es zu heiss werden, hilft die Klimaanlage (die wir Ende August trotz 30 Grad nicht gebraucht haben, da das GrundstĂŒck mit schönem alten Baumbestand sehr schattig ist) Der Pool mit der Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum und nachts ist einfach absolute Stille. Deborah ist eine super nette und immer erreichbare Gastgeberin. Danke fĂŒr alles!

Sehr schönes, modernes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Viel PrivatsphĂ€re trotz Vermieter im Nachbarhaus. Super Pool mit fantastischem Landschaftspanorama. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert ohne MĂ€ngel. MĂŒckenspray nicht vergessen.

Wij hebben vier dagen (last minute geboekt) kunnen genieten van dit kleine paradijs. Een eenvoudige maar complete woonst, een allervriendelijkst onthaal met homemade gebak, lieve mensen, mooi zwembad en een onbeschrijfelijk uitzicht. Jammer dat we hier maar zo kort waren. Wij raden het iedereen aan en hopen hier nog eens snel te kunnen terugkeren. Alle lof voor Deborah en haar sympathieke gezin!
