Hi Being disabled most hotels give you free parking but not the Holiday Inn. The restaurant was a let down with many items on the menu not available. Also no bake beans on the breakfast menu.

Poor Response to Problem
I booked three rooms for family the weekend of 23rd June. No issues at all with two of the rooms, but in the other the sink would not drain. Having checked in at approximately 5:30 p.m. I reported the problem at 6 pm as we went out for dinner. I was assured that this would be corrected, but on returning approximately 11 pm the fault had not been attended to. It means that the two elderly relatives in the room ended up having to use one of the other room’s bathrooms. While I appreciate problems will always occur and things break, it is more disappointing to find that no action was taken by the hotel to remedy the fault then the actual fault itself. We had no issues with the other two rooms, but nevertheless a disappointing experience.

Good stopover.
Check in was quick and easy. Love a dog friendly hotel (even though doggo wasn’t with us). Clean hotel throughout, everything worked as it should. Room was spacious with a pleasant view of the Brayford. Shame that breakfast wasn’t included in the relatively high price paid.

Looks good from the outside. The rest looks tired and in need of repair. Carpets in bedroom badly stained. Accessible shower floods into bedroom when used. Noisy drunks shouting and slamming doors at 4am.

A nice clean hotel with good facilities. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff were all nice. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the centre of Lincoln.

Stay was ok. Bed was abit uncomfy and pillows were quite bumpy. Didn't sleep too well. Shower glass in bathroom didn't have rubber stopper on bottom so when having a shower water just went through onto floor, which made it quite dangerous. Other than that we had a good weekend.
