Lovely place for a couple in Collingwood
This is a lovely one bedroom apartment in downtown Collingwood. It is located close to restaurants and stores. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

1883 Century home
This is our second stay at this property. We really enjoy it for the convenience of it's location relative to the main business area of Collingwood, making it easy to walk to most places. The only downside we found this year were a) there seems to be moldiness developing (my wife is sensitive to mold) and b) lack of wine glasses. Upsides are cleanliness although you might want to check for mold in the caulking of the shower. Ease of access and great follow-up by your management team helped make the weekend easy for us.

The home showed beautifully like something you would see in a magazine. Everything was well thought out so had all the necessities you need and more. And a lovely private outside area. The location was perfect a block away from downtown and a few blocks from the bay. Park right in front and forget driving until you leave.

Beautiful flat!
Everything was clean and spotless except the two vents in the bathroom could use a cleaning. Also the living room sofa could use updating. Overall the place was lovely and we really enjoyed staying there and would definitely go back.

Our stay was short but it was perfect for our visit. Great location, though be warned it can be a little noisy with some loud cars, but nothing we weren’t already accustomed to. Would definitely stay again!

Don't expect quick communication or response to issues
Although this is a great place, well located in downtown Collingwood, two issues (1) upon booking I asked the "host" (which turned out to be a busy property management company) a few specific questions which never got answered, I received only their "form letter" response, and (2) water leaking from a pot light, which constitutes a potential fire hazard, was reported to the after hours emergency line upon arrival, as well as in person at the property mgmt office the next day, and never addressed during my 3 nights stay. I was very aware of noise from the attached residence, but it wasn't bothersome.

The place was perfect, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The size was perfect for 2. Great location downtown, close to Bluemountain ,parking and overall very nice to escape to for 2 nights. Would highly recommend. We will rebook in the fall or summer next visit.

It was a great experience and my wife enjoyed the stay. The overall experience was amazing. My only challenge was that there were specks of dirt in the towels provided and it wasn't expected. More so, the WiFi was only available in the sitting room but not in the bedroom which we found very inconvenient. Altogether, it was more than worth staying there for the two nights and hope to stay there again when needed.

It was very cozy and clean. We had a couple issues with communication which was no fault of the property owner but they were quick to get in touch another way and resolve any issues. We had a great time in Collingwood. We would stay here again if we come back.

The property was lovely. The second evening we were very disappointed that the wifi was down and we weren't able to watch the television or connect our phones. We ended up checking out early in the morning as with out the tv , my "relaxing " morning wasn't so. It was frustrating not to have anyone to connect with to rectify the issue in a timely manor. Was disappointing and spoiled out plans to watch movies after our return from the village. We did however find the property clean and comfortable.

Comfy Cozy Collingwood
Our son was playing hockey at the Eddie Bush arena, so my wife and I stayed at this property ... it was right across the street from the arena, which also means it's walking distance to the main downtown area of Collingwood. The property is super convenient, well maintained, clean, comfortable, and cozy ... exactly what we were looking for when spending a couple of nights in Collingwood for hockey. The unit is a self-contained part of a house, so while no one else is sharing the unit with you, you can sometimes hear the people who live in the other part of the house walking around, etc. Not the end of the world, but wasn't what we were originally expecting when we rented it. Would definitely stay here again if I need to overnight in Collingwood again.
