Room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was very good. However, the room walls must not be insulated as I heard a man next door talking on his phone both at night and in the morning, somewhat disconcerting.

The hotel room wasn’t clean. An old sanitary pad was left in the trash can. The sheets for the pull out couch was missing. Crumbs were inside the pull out couch.

Roaches crawling on bed and management admitted prior incidents, didn't seem to care, put us in another room with king bed, they knew we needed two beds but again didn't seem to care, terrible experience. The place should be shut down and exterminated. Didn't stay and went to hotel across the street in the pouring rain.

Became sick after staying here
The night my daughter and I arrived we saw the dirty floor and damage to most all furniture and walls. We were only staying one night so we checked under the mattresses for bugs and did not find any. We disinfected surfaces, inspected bed sheets and pillows and since those were ok, we went to bed. When we woke the next day, the sheet on my bed had come up and my daughter pointed out the stain on the mattress. We removed the sheets and found black mold on the other side of the mattress!

The whole place smells like cigarettes really bad. Someone near our room must have been smoking in their bathroom and it would come through our bathroom vent. Our entire room smelled like cigarettes our entire stay. We aren’t smokers nor are we around smoke and all of my kids left with sore throats and coughs. We did tell somebody at the desk, they didn’t seem to care. The rooms are pretty gross. I brought my own Lysol wipes thankfully to wipe down all surfaces but we will definitely never stay at this hotel again.

The room had a mildew smell, so I requested another room, but the receptionist said that there weren’t any other rooms available and that he can have the housekeeper spray some air freshener. The bathroom lights kept flickering. I was the hour late for my reservation and my rooms still weren’t ready. There was a roach in my second rooms, but it moved too fast for my daughter to snap a picture. The latch on the door snapped when we opened it and almost slammed my daughter’s hand as it closed. The key cards kept deactivating, so I had to keep going to get them reactivated.
