Open all year round in the Vermeille Coast, enjoy a villa, composed of 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, whose capacity and configuration are ideal for a stay with family or friends in Collioure.
A quiet place where you can claim a deserved rest!

This holiday home (700m from the village) with an area of 120 m² is a 2 * furnished apartment with ANCV agreement (holiday vouchers), and includes a ground floor with one floor on a fully enclosed plot. Very pleasant house and exteriors.

On the ground floor, you will find:
A fitted kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, maxi-oven, toaster, etc.
Dining room: sofa, chest of drawers, integrated TV / DVD, wardrobe, table and chairs.
2 bedrooms: 1 with a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, another with 2 80 cm beds that can make a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, wardrobe.
Shower room with shower, basin, bidet. Separate WC.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison avec 4 grandes chambres. Nous avons aussi profité du barbecue. La porte au fond du jardin qui permets de rejoindre le centre ville en longeant la rivière sèche est un plus apprécié.

Maison familiale vaste et confortable, très agréable avec un beau et grand jardin entretenu. On s'y sentait bien ! Accès piéton en 10 mn au centre de Collioure très pratique. On a beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Valérie. Nous esperons revenir et nous recommandons vivement !

Maison spacieuse, très fonctionnelle, cuisine bien équipée, bonne literie, grandes chambres avec ventilateur (ce qui était très nécessaire avec la canicule). Pour notre groupe de personnes un peu âgées, localisation un peu éloignée du centre ville et de la plage. Mais un grand jardin très ombragé et très agréable, nous y avons pris tous nos repas (du petit déjeuner au diner).

Bon séjour en général, les charmes de Collioure opèrent à chaque fois. Maison ancienne pleine d'authenticité, nous avons apprécié les ventilateurs dans les chambres. Équipement cuisine complet et suffisant. Nous aurions aimé un point d'eau en extérieur pour rincer nos maillots ou autres, et une place de parking réservée pour la maison (vu que celle du garage n'est pas exploitable). Agréables moments passés dans cette belle région ainsi qu'en Espagne.

Maison familiale très agréable. Située idéalement à 10min à pieds du centre de Collioure par un petit sentier facile d'accès. Nous avons pu y croiser ânes et chevaux en liberté (sous l'oeil attentif du propriétaire). Séjour très dépaysant, à la frontière de l'Espagne. L'hôte est très disponible et accueillante. Il manque quelques documentations sur les endroits à visiter Quelques bémols : frigo trop petit pour une maison pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Peu de casseroles. Et une grosse surprise: celle de découvrir qu'abrite propose cette location pour 10 personnes mais un accord entre le propriétaire et abritel est mis en place pour compter seulement 8 personnes et un forfait de 91 pour "2 personnes supplémentaires " vous sera en plus demandé. Cela ne nous a pas fait regretter de séjourner dans cette magnifique région!

Grande maison, avec grand jardin, tres bien équipée ,à la déco démodée..Nous avons apprécié le petit chemin piéton qui part du fond du jardin, et qui rejoins le centre ville...Malheureusement nos nuits ont été perturbées par le bruit de la girouette sur le toit....

Bon Séjour à Collioure!
Grande maison assez agréable, au calme, en retrait du village mais facilement accessible (que ce soit à pied ou par la route). Nous avons passé un beau moment avec nos amis (nous étions 5 et un bébé). La maison est un peu vieillotte mais c'est ok pour passer une semaine sympa à Collioure entre amis ou en famille. Les points à améliorer sont selon moi: 1) la mise à disposition de ventilateur. à ce prix là, s'il n'y a pas de clim, c'est pour moi un minimum. 2) Faire payer le wifi en 2020, c'est un peu abusé. On a eu des petits soucis avec le voisinage le premier soir car nous parlions trop fort dans le jardin. Il était 22h30 et nous étions encore à table, dommage. Je conseille cette maison a une famille plutôt qu'à un groupe d'amis.

A 10 minutes du centre !
Venus en famille ( 8 adultes et 5 enfants) nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Depuis la maison, un chemin accessible aux poussettes arrive directement au centre du village. Il faut compter, à pied, environ 10 minutes pour le centre et 15 minutes pour les plages. Le lieu est magnifique, eau claire et vieilles pierres ont un charme fou. Seule la population de touriste peut déranger par son nombre mais ce ne fut pas le cas en cette troisième semaine de juillet. Port-Vendres où l'on peut acheter des produits de la mer frais est à trois kilomètres seulement ; les sardines sauront griller à souhait dans le barbecue maçonné de la maison. Cette dernière, à la décoration rustique des villas du Sud qu'ont les anciens, est pratique pour une famille nombreuse et il est possible de déplacer les lits une place pour adapter les chambres à chaque famille. La présence d'une climatisation aurait ajouté du confort au séjour toutefois la proximité de la mer permet de se rafraîchir lorsqu'on le souhaite. Le lieu où nous nous sommes le plus rassemblés fut la table extérieure sous la pergola, à côté du barbecue, où, en ces chauds jours d'été, l'apéro est nécessaire à la survie. De là, on peut surveiller les enfants qui peuvent s'amuser en sécurité dans le terrain clos. Pour les sportifs, amateurs de trail par ou de randonnée, de nombreux défis vous attendent, comme monter à la tour Madeloc (13km, 770 D+). Pour les fêtards, il faut plutôt aller vers Argelès ( boîtes de nuit), toutefois vous trouverez des bars très sympathiques à Collioure ( le Solé, les Templiers ou la Voile). Bilan : excellent séjour dans cette belle région.

Ein kleines Paradies für große Familien mit Hund - Traumhaft!
Wir waren für 2 Wochen bei Mme Terriau zu Gast. Familie mit drei Kindern + Großeltern + Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Oase mit vielen schattigen Plätzen zum verweilen. Der Garten für Kinder und Hund ein unerschöpflicher Ort vieler Freuden. Der Weg zum Meer oder in den Ort erreicht man bequem über das Gartentörchen, welches zu einem Weg führt - in 10 Minuten ist man dort. Eine überaus freundliche und herzliche Verwalterin nimmt einen in Empfang und erklärt alles was man braucht. Wifi ist kostenpflichtig vorhanden. Alles ist komplett eingerichtet - man kann draussen oder drinnen bequem mit 7 Personen essen. Liegestühle runden die Entspannung ab. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen.

Concernant notamment l"hébergement : maison très agréable, bien distribuée, et bien équipée. Un petit plus : il serait judicieux surtout lorsque l'on est nombreux d'installer un lave-mains dans les parties WC. Concernant l'environnement immédiat, l'aménagement pour déjeuner ou diner à l'extérieur très bien vu. Par ailleurs, cette maison est située dans un quartier très tranquille et surtout pas très loin du Centre-Ville. Tout ceci justifie largement une note méritée de cinq(5) étoiles.
