The village of Collobrières is located in the Var, in the heart of the Massif des Maures. Known for its large chestnut grove and for the products that its craftsmen make from it, Collobrières is a pleasant village, far from the hustle and bustle of the coast.
Built around its medieval town, the town of Collobrières has a great architectural heritage: Saint-Pons church from the 12th century, Gothic church from the 19th century, old bridge from the 12th century and Chartreuse de la Verne from the 12th century.
The village of Collobrières is considered to be the "capital of the chestnut". A candied chestnut factory has been established there for several decades. The chestnut festival is celebrated there the last three Sundays of October each year and offers its thousands of visitors craft market, pedestrian race and all kinds of entertainment.
Collobrières was founded in the 12th century. It also has a stone bridge from this period (the Old Bridge) and a church currently under renovation (the Saint-Pons church).

Everything worked out perfectly with check in. The hodts are super friendly and helpful. We've had the feeling of being welcome for any kind of questions at each time. The apartment is freshly furnished, clean and hold everything you might need for a nice stay. The area is awesome. Nothing you might need on a daily basis is more than a 5 minutes walk away. There are 2 shops for daily needs, a butcher, several bakeries, restaurants and bars nearby. I highly recommend this apartment and will come back :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à collobrières, l'appartement est parfait, très bien situé dans le village, il est très propre, moderne, il a toutes les commodités nécessaires, sans oublier la jolie terrasse et les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et sympathiques, nous y avons passé 4 jours et nous y retournerons certainement, vous pouvez louer cet appartement sans problème.

Le séjour idéal en famille à Collobrières
Situé idéalement à Collobrières, l'appartement offre une vue splendide sur les hauts et toits de ce petit village splendide, situé au coeur du fabuleux massif des Maures, à 20 minutes de route de la Méditerranée et de ses plages. La terrasse de la location surplombe la petite place du village, ombragée d'arbres et exempt de tout véhicule, vous pourrez y passer des heures à profiter du calme et de la petite brise. Quant à l'appartement, facile à vivre, le propriétaire a pensé à tout pour que vous y sentiez à l'aise dès votre arrivée et pour tout votre séjour.

Zwei Wochen pure Entspannung...
Eine sehr authentische Unterkunft mit sehr lieben Gastgebern am ältesten Platz von Collobriere. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen gelungenen selbstversorger Urlaub braucht. Wir haben zwei Wochen hier verbracht und waren mehr als zufrieden. Collobriere und Umgebung ist auf jedenfall eine Reise wert. Im Ort selbst bekommt man alles war man braucht ohne Stress. Und auch die Restaurants und besonders die Tapas Bar `ún air de rien´ sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Auf diesem Weg nochmals Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.. Sara und Martin

Schöner Urlaub
Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es ist alles so, wie es beschrieben ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Dorf Collobrieres ist sehr schön und es war fast jeden Abend was los. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir haben zwar kaum Französisch gekonnt und sie nur gebrochen Englisch, aber wir haben uns verstanden. Die Strände an der Cote Azur sind sehr schön.

Collobrières mérite un séjour!
Les photos et la description de l'appartement montrent très bien ce qu'on trouve ici, donc rien à ajouter. Le proprietaire Gérald est très attentif et toujours soucieux d'améliorer l'équipement. Le village de Collobrières est un trés bon point de départ pour les amateurs de vélo. On a vraiment aimé cet endroit, plusieurs bars et restaurants offrent un choix pour tous les goûts. Nous recommendons la visite de l'atelier "Rita Collobrières" pour apprendre comment la crème de marrons est fabriqué artisanalement.

Gerald et sa compagne ont été des hôtes très accueillants et disponibles durant notre court séjour.
L appartement de gerald est très propre et lumineux,tres fonctionnel .La vue sur le paysage est fantastique.Pour les amateurs de randonnées,les GR sont tres prisés à Collobrière.vous pouvez deguster de bonnes glaces a la chataigne .specialite de du village!!.Attention cependant aux chemins etroits pour aller dans les villes avoisinantes.
