I made a mistake during the booking. The hotel was not able to respond in a timely or satisfactory manner. I understand the hotel was within its rights. But given this is the hotel I always choose for my work trips when in Cologne I maybe expected a bit more. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing. Hotel itself is good, that’s why I usually returned to the same place.

Das Bad hatte Haaren überall, aus dem Fenster gab ein Altes Packet Fleisch was übel gestunken hat und ich habe Norovirus bekommen, ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass es woanders war. 0 Punkte dieses mal. Sorry.
