The property was fine, though I wish it was clearer from the beginning that if you arrive late, you won't be able to get in and nobody will answer your messages. I needed to pay an urgent €250 to stay elsewhere as I couldn't get in on my first night. The bin also wasn't emptied from the previous occupant and the toilet roll was almost empty. The room itself was nice and quiet with a comfortable bed

Very good hotel
Receptionist didn't speak English and it was hard to get hold of him because there's no reception but he let us checkin earlier. The rest was very good, all clean and perfect location.

I made a mistake during the booking. The hotel was not able to respond in a timely or satisfactory manner. I understand the hotel was within its rights. But given this is the hotel I always choose for my work trips when in Cologne I maybe expected a bit more. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing. Hotel itself is good, that’s why I usually returned to the same place.

Einen Tag vor Anreise hatte ich von mir aus meine zeitliche Ankunft durchgegeben. Bei diesem Telefonat wurde gar nicht nach meinem Namen gefragt und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass man abgelenkt war und mir nicht zuhört. Am Tage der Anreise wurde ich dann seitens der Unterkunft angerufen und um die Anreisezeit befragt. Der Check-in war unsympathisch. Zuvorkommenheit und Freundlichkeit sollten eher an den Tag gelegt werden als ein schroffer Verweis auf einen Infozettel an der Tür im Falle der Abwesenheit des Hoteliers bei Ankunft am Hotel. Auch die anderen beiden angekommenen Gäste waren irritiert und verärgert. Das Zimmer Nummer 8 liegt direkt an einem Treppenaufgang. Scheinbar sind die Wände sehr dünn und die Fenster undicht, denn das Zimmer war hellhörig und kalt. Es war ein deuticher Luftzug zu verspüren, was den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft für mich persönlich unmöglich gemacht hat. Der Bettkasten ist ungemütlich, das Zimmer insgesamt nicht einladend. Ich kann eine Unterkunft dort nicht empfehlen.

Hotel bien situé et c'est juste son point positif La réception n'est pas dans l'hôtel mais dans une boutique à coté Pas de parking de l'hôtel, le parking a coté est très chers a 50€/Jour Pas de ménage quotidien Pas de petit déjeuné possible rapport qualité prix trop chers
