Location is great, 100 steps to the train station. We were there for 2 days for the Weihnachtsmarkt. Rooms are definitely on the tight side, but fine.

Let’s start with the positive. Location was 10/10. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Rooms were average. No hot or even warm water in shower on one night. It is radiator heat so I’m not sure if when we turned down the settings it affected the heat. If that is the case the staff should mention that on checkin We turned down the heat since on our first night it got uncomfortably hot. . Found staff at desk less than helpful. So if location is the #1 on your list ( right outside train station) then I’d recommend.
