The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room and hallways were clean and room was comfortable. Only negative in room was the noise level of the heating system. It was better to be cool than have the heater kick in because it was loud.

HVAC not working, room adjacent to elevator, if room get smaller I'd be amazed. Parling lot noise, high way noise made sleeping nearly impossible. Breakfast area too small and food quality leaves much to be desired.

They are doing it right
Love the layout of the room. They have a bench type area where you can put your suitcases. Love that they have dispensers for soap and shampoo. Need was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The staff was awesome. The breakfast was very good hot and delicious. The customer service was awesome. I will stay here again the next time I am in town and this is animal friendly hotel. They have a nice sidewalk that goes completely around the hotel that is great for walking your dog.

When we checked in the lady at the desk treated us as if we were an interruption of her evening. Everyone else was awesome. At first we had a room on the highway side of the property. During the weekend it was not bad but on Monday the traffic was very loud and woke me up at 5a.m. When I asked the front office for earplugs they offered us a room on the quieter side of the hotel.

Slippery shower floor, be careful! Overall nice!
Very nice place. The shower floor was super slippery in the walk in shower, though. I did fall. Feet went right out from under me. Other than that the room was super clean, bed was comfortable with different pillows to suit comfort level. Breakfast was the best I have experienced in a hotel so far in this area.
