This standalone home has been updated to offer all the comforts of your place even while you’re away — and stay in shape in the process with our private gym! Enter into a comfortable living area that connects to the dining room and a spacious, fully appointed kitchen that opens up to the functional, pleasant backyard. Prepare a culinary masterpiece on the chef’s gas range embedded in luxurious granite. With plenty of space to accommodate and entertain, you don’t have to worry about splitting up your group either! Four bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements that fit up to 8 guests (2 queen beds, 1 full, and 2 twins) — and the driveway offers space for up to 4 vehicles so you can all fit comfortably. The bedding and linens are quality and comfortable and everything here is professionally cleaned and laundered.
If, by chance, some crazy Colorado weather keeps you indoors (though this is admittedly rare … “300 days of sunshine a year!”) this vacation rental is set up to give you plenty of options for entertainment without ever leaving the building. Big-screen TVs and WIFI are included, and we also offer a home office to work (if you must!), an arcade, foosball table and more. The obvious feature of this vacation rental is the almost-professional in-home gym setup. This isn’t just a few handheld weights — this gym offers a treadmill (with attached standing desk), elliptical, Bowflex, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a punching bag, as well as a selection of workout DVDs and a TV to guide your workouts!

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a central part of Colorado Springs offering great access to all of the well-known area attractions for visitors and guests. There are also some aspects to this part of town that really make it a hidden jewel. Palmer Park — 1,500 acres of extreme Colorado natural goodness, and a favorite of locals offering hiking, riding, running trails, views, scenery, natural vistas — is within just a few blocks of this home. There are local bars and cafes close (check out Kawa Coffee … a definite favorite), The University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS), and the new University Village shopping center offering upscale dining and retail experiences; all so close! Garden of the Gods is a 12 minute drive, Downtown is 5 minutes away, The Air Force Academy, The Airport, The Broadmoor and Manitou Springs are all about 20 minutes away. Close, quiet, in an established neighborhood next to an exceptional natural park space — you’ll love it!
Getting Around:
We usually recommend that you have a car in Colorado Springs, but being that this home is in a very good location, an Uber or Lyft could be enough!

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* We are not liable for any injuries from gym use. Please use the gym at your own risk.
* The carport is not available for guest use

- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.

Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity.
